We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThat being said, the towels do need to be replaced! They were very thin and no longer white and thick. Also, the kitchenette should have paper towels and a few hand towels. There was one very thin one. Also, there was no Kleenex anywhere in the room.
This was such a nice hotel. The owner personally took us to our room and showed us how to work the fireplace, a/c, door lock, etc. We loved that there was a restaurant/bar/live music! Beautiful outside deck and bandstand. The bartenders were absolutely awesome! So sweet! There’s also a coffee shop right next door! Loved the location.

United StatesLocated just a mile or two outside of the "big" town of Big Fork, this hotel had a restaurant, and live music outside on the night we stayed. We had a large room, with rustic furniture and walls, which was down a few steps from parking lot level. Quiet during the night.

United StatesI’m sure it was my fault, but I couldn’t figure out the ac. I texted about Wi-Fi and was told a paper with instructions & info should be there but it wasn’t. Absolutely no worries, got online no prob and place was easy to get settled into.
Good location - close enough to glacier for an early start. Huge room, really nice bathroom, has everything you’ll need. Super chill & nice. Have fun!

Rob and the team did a great job to welcome us to the Buffalo lodge. The room was clean and quiet, and the room had all we needed for the one night stay. Great communication and friendly staff. The lodge was fun and had a live band out back that wrapped up around 11, the location was just fine for us, we drove into the Big Fork village in the morning. Big fork was a beautiful place to visit! The restaurant at the Buffalo lodge was great, my partner was happy with the very meaty meal he had and I enjoyed a bison burger.

United StatesNo breakfast. The shower set up was very strange and water pooled on the floor. Wi-fi wasn't working the first night we stayed, which meant the TV didn't work either (Smart TV only, no cable). Floor felt a little dirty, one window was missing the blackout curtain. Our room also had dog stuff (towel, treats), despite us not having/bringing a dog. Expensive stay given these issues. Our room had a large "just married" sign as decor. We thought it was funny, but just putting it out there as I see how this could cause problems for someone.
Big room, restaurant on site (last order for the kitchen is 9:30pm). Despite our room (#5) looking out onto the back patio, it was quiet and we weren't disturbed by the outdoor bar. Heat worked, comfortable bed. About 45 minutes to Glacier National Park, even closer to the lake. Near some cute shops and restaurants.
