The bed is a little to high no tissues in the room or shampoo had to go to store and buy usually we have all this but forgot to put it in our suitcase everything thing else was great

Only things we didn't like were that there was no trash can in the bathroom. And that getting out of the lot is not for the faint of heart.

Though older & dated, the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was amazing. Thank you!

The woman on the property in the office was a little rude but the man in the office was very nice and friendly! The beds weren’t the most comfortable.

There isn't much around the hotel but it is a quick drive into Columbus. There are not any extra amenities which is okay since it's inexpensive to stay here.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. Check-in was easy and it was a good price for what it is. The room was clean and had a mini fridge.

If you are looking for the "perfect" place to stay this is not it. This is a VALUE hotel. It was hard to understand the man at chk in. It sits close to RT 23 so there is road noise. The room was clean but did show its age, some cracks/stains.

The location to Scioto downs casino was perfect. There were a cpl mini marts close by for snacks and drinks. The value was perfect if you just want a place to sleep/rest. Bed was comfy, fridge was cold, and water was hot.

The only thing I didn’t like was the heat was blasting when we arrived. There did not seem to be a way to turn it off (or at least one we could find as tired as we were) so we had to turn the AC on at full blast also and that took a while to cool. the room down.

The staff was very friendly even though we arrived at 1 am! Check-in was quick and we were in our room fast. Although it is an older hotel and a few things were worn, it was very clean and everything worked. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable (though my husband and son like a less firm mattress). Overall, this was a great deal for the price we paid - efficient, friendly and clean.

office personnel was rude, checking in was cumbersome, I had called the motel directly to modify reservation from five day stay to nine days. The associate that I dealt with on several previous reservations and who modify this reservation was not in the office. The associate at this reservation was annoyed that I had come in few days early and staying an extra day. On Sunday morning this same associate came banging on the door and would not wait for me to finish dressing. He insisted that I come to the office then and now to pay for the extra night. I reminded him that I had modify the reservation for a Monday checkout and told him of same at checkin. I told him when I was dressed I would be at the desk and pay for the night. He was a very unpleasant associate. I will be looking elsewhere for my future area stays. I made 2 reservations one 9 night and this 3 day was for my nephew. We went to the Circleville Pumpkin Show.

The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. It was in a good location for us, near the Rickenbacker International Airport. The manager was friendly and helpful.

Owners were very helpful. Thought I had not received receipt when checking out and owner quickly gave me another. Found out later when going through wallet that he had indeed given me a receipt the night before. Pizza and ice cream place a couple doors down is worth a visit.
