Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaSome of the most common problems on all US hotels: - the noise of the ACs, - the breakfast, just lots of carbohydrates, like bread, cereals or waffles with sugar. No omlette vegetables or type of meat.
We travel as a party of 3 with our little 7yo daughter. The place is a real bargain given the proximity to both parks Zion and Bryce - 1h drive. The rooms are big enough and the beds are confy with white sheets. Good shower and clean towels. Right across the street there is a great mexican restaurant called Escobar. Free parking as well.

United StatesThe beds were small and made it difficult to sleep since I kept getting kicked. The doors to our rooms were really hard to shut all the way and the door from the hallway to the outside was unlocked so safety was questionable. It was manageable, though, as long as we made sure to shut the doors tight. There were flies in one of the rooms and the front desk didn't even have a fly swatter we could use.
The mattresses were soft, not rock hard like some places I've stayed at. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent for the price. It was close to everything we wanted to see.
