    The photo on Booking.com was of a white house, 3 bedrooms that I thought was closer to Bryce Canyon. We stayed in a yellow house. The food at a local restaurant was mediocre.

    The 3 bedroom house was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. The AC worked well and we were close to Bryce Canyon National Park.

    AC was pretty loud.

    Great location out of the craziness of Bryce Canyon but very close. Basic but very clean. Great restaurant on site for dinner and had a limited gym but was far better than I was expecting (just needed more weights!). Free coffee in the morning was welcome.

    Room is very small

    Clean and cozy, rooms, have historical and family-owned charm. Offer coffee and tea for breakfast in the lobby. Next door to the very nice souvenir and breakfast cafe/gas station. 20-minute drive to the Bryce Canyon National Park, a very reasonable price for this proximity. Very good wifi connection.

    Nice country cabin style room

    Inaccessible electrical outlets. Traveling with 2 phones, 2 headphones, a Kindle and a computer, we could have used an outlet in the table area. The outlet shared with light switch didn't hold the plugs in place, so mostly unusable. Had to recharge in the bathroom outlet or unplug the TV/microwave to use that outlet. The one behind the bed had an open outlet but was inaccessible. For those of us traveling with digital devices these days, it was inconvenient.;

    Liked the old-country style cabins v. hotel. Decent restaurant on the premises - had dinner there. Enjoyed sitting out front in the evening. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom facilities just fine. Friendly office staff.

    Quite expensive for the size of room, no breakfast included and therefore even pricier. Walls were very thin, we were in a back to back block of 4 rooms so it was noisy every time someone moved around, and there were barking dogs outside from 6.30am.

    Nice green space with pool and fire and swing chairs shared between motel and RV park. Room had a nide green view. Free coffee from 7am. Room had good amenities and restaurant was pleasant.

    The barn style restaurant was right in the middle of the site which is great, it has live music every evening, we were very excited to spend some time in there, however there was lengthy queues to get in. We also only wanted a few drinks to enjoy the music but they do not have a drinks license, you need to eat there to be able to get a drink - this was disappointing for us as there isn't any other places to go close by. The restaurant is open to the public so we also found people were parking outside the cabins when they arrived, which means our parking spot was taken. Not sure if this causes any issues to the people staying there.

    The room was so cute, its a cabin and was decorated so nice! Check in was easy, she confirmed there would be fresh coffee available in the morning. There was parking, it was off the main street and the room was clean and comfy The weather was not great so we couldn't avail of the pool and firepit which we were very much hoping to. Overall it was a great experience for our 1 night stop.

    WiFi signal was very poor. It is definitely overpriced for what it is, but you pay for the nature around. :)

    Very convenient location, cheaper compared to other options in nearby towns. The rooms are very basic, but the shower and bed are perfectly fine, especially after all day driving. :) The coffee shop 2min down the street is your best breakfast option!

    This place was in a very attractive setting and a pleasant place to stay. The room was smaller than some motel rooms we had on this trip but it was fine for a night's stay. Ideally located for visiting Bryce Canyon. It had a restaurant on site, which served good food and drink and had a nice atmosphere with live music. We thought the breakfast offer at Rustler's down the road had better choice (we wanted oatmeal) than that available on site. Complementary tea and coffee available in the office, which was a nice touch.

    Thin walls. Shower rose went everywhere except on whoever was in the shower. It would have been nice to have breakfast on site but having said that the Route 12 Grill next door had a good range of options for breakfast. Long queues to get into the restaurant.

    Friendly welcome from reception staff. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate at reception. Room had everything we needed.
