Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesHad some very noisy neighbors(full blown party), had to go and talk to them ourselves in the middle of the night.
It’s a well managed place, and it’s evident that the staff are making every effort to make the experience better for every guest. I wish we stayed another day to explore the amenities on the grounds.

Location near the crick and not to far away from Boulder. Very good atmosphere. Nice lobby. Comfortable beds.

United KingdomLoved my stay here. Great location in the mountains with easy access to town by hike, bus or Uber. Beautiful trails nearby. Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Wifi very strong. Staff were nice and quick to respond to messages. I appreciated the information booklet in the room and the coffee. I was a solo traveller but felt very safe there. This was perfect for my first visit to Boulder and I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and that our dog was allowed to stay with us. We loved being able to play ball and walk around the grounds with him. Everyone was very friendly.

United StatesThere wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The shower is small—fine for me but might be less comfortable for a bigger/taller traveler. The room is unlocked on arrival and the key is inside. For a single woman arriving at night that felt a little odd—technically anyone could have been waiting in my room when I entered alone. (Of course no one was and it was fine but it just surprised me.) They have a very friendly, welcoming vibe and I guess just trust people in general.
Beautiful setting—the drive to the property is even gorgeous! Lovely, wooded setting with a creek running through. I arrived at night so I couldn’t fully appreciate the surroundings until morning but even at night it was pretty with strings of lights hung around the main building and property. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Close to CU’s campus so a convenient place to go after visiting with my son. Will definitely stay again!

South KoreaThere was no A/C, but because of the low night temps, that wasn't a huge issue. Due to the location there was no cell service, which would not have been an issue, but the wifi was also down while we were there.
Clean, spacious room with bright lights. Located in the mountainside, so the scenery was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice.
