This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and both times we have experienced some pretty gross stains. Looked like someone spit a loogie on the curtain and wiped boogers on the wall. The shower gel dispenser was empty and there was what looked like urine stains on the floor by the toilet. The entry doors to all the rooms have dark stains that looked like garage mechanics frequent this place. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way and opens against the shower door.

There is a dog kennel next door and they let the dogs out at 7am sharp. It’s loud barking so that was my alarm clock.

No place to put food and belongings. Also, Mexicans Restaurant played very loud music until after 1am on Saturday night! Not good for travelers!!!

My wife would have preferred Froot Loop cereal instead of Fruity Pebbles, but you can't have everything I suppose. The breakfast was out of orange juice, but they did have a nice selection of fruit to compliment the hot foods.

This was the second time we've stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Airline Dr. It's a convenient stopping point on a trip we make regularly. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Lots of restaurants close by.

Hated that I used Booking.com and couldn’t speak to Hampton direct to make a change from king to 2 queen beds. So when arriving our rooms weren’t what we needed and had to pay for an additional room for my parents.

The price of our room was absolutely ridiculous!! We have always stayed in Hampton Inns while playing ball & paid a very reasonable price per night!! However, because of a big tournament in town the prices skyrocketed!! Very disappointing!!

Housekeeping missed a few things in cleaning the room after the previous occupant. It's not a Hampton problem, but I always struggle in hotels to find a single comfortable pillow out of the mound of pillows piled on the bed. I've had worse luck some places, so overall not complaining, just commenting.

the person in the front desk was terrible, they were not friendly or attentive, they did not pay me attention to the reservation, which was already made a month in advance, they were angry and grumpy, they billed me twice for the room, they did not check that I had already paid online through the booking app. The only kind person was the lady who attended me in the morning who was able to resolve the charges to my credit card. The most surprising part is that in the booking app the room is for 4 or 5 people with a king size bed and upon entering it was a double bed, that is, only for 2 people, misleading advertising

The bed, the location, the food and the lady that attended during the breakfast, was very nice with my family. we like the parking, and the social area. the elevator and the ice machine. we like the coffee too.

Staff was rude, charged me incorrectly and gave us the wrong room. When I said something they said they over booked rooms and that it wasn’t their problem.
