Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWalls were chipped. many of the outlets did not work. They had a mini fridge in the room did not reach temp it was very hot inside the fridge and the outlet did not work for it to keep it on. Mini fridge was basically there for decoration. There was no remote for the TV had to get up and find the buttons on the side of the television if I wanted to change the channel.
It had all your basic needs. Beds were comfy. I liked how it smelled clean. I feel like they tried to do the best with what they had. A lot of Motels can be worse. Not bad for what I paid for. Had basic necessities so that’s ok with me. Staff was very friendly and helpful, seems like they actually try so I would give them another chance. Hopefully next time is better than this one.

United StatesThere was only 1 blanket on the bed in the extra room, the other 2 beds only had sheets so it was kinda cold, thankfully we brought one and there is only 1 trash can in the whole room. Also, there was no coffee.
We loved that the room had 3 beds, 1 separate for the snorer 😉, the shower pressure and temp were great, they had soap and shampoo and lots of towels. There is a fridge and microwave, always a plus. The hotel itself is just a few minutes' walk to the beach and all of downtown. Also, when you walk in to check in it smells like dinner is ready.
