We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location to the beach was great, only 2 blocks. If all you want is a bed, and no amenities, it’s perfect.

United StatesThe 2 rooms we had were dirty and smelled. It took all day tell the evening to get the comforters for the beds. It was obvious they do not vacuum or clean after every guest. A little bit of a let down for the kids that the pool is currently drained.
Owner was very nice and sincere. And we loved the location.

United StatesWalls were chipped. many of the outlets did not work. They had a mini fridge in the room did not reach temp it was very hot inside the fridge and the outlet did not work for it to keep it on. Mini fridge was basically there for decoration. There was no remote for the TV had to get up and find the buttons on the side of the television if I wanted to change the channel.
It had all your basic needs. Beds were comfy. I liked how it smelled clean. I feel like they tried to do the best with what they had. A lot of Motels can be worse. Not bad for what I paid for. Had basic necessities so that’s ok with me. Staff was very friendly and helpful, seems like they actually try so I would give them another chance. Hopefully next time is better than this one.

United StatesThere was only 1 blanket on the bed in the extra room, the other 2 beds only had sheets so it was kinda cold, thankfully we brought one and there is only 1 trash can in the whole room. Also, there was no coffee.
We loved that the room had 3 beds, 1 separate for the snorer 😉, the shower pressure and temp were great, they had soap and shampoo and lots of towels. There is a fridge and microwave, always a plus. The hotel itself is just a few minutes' walk to the beach and all of downtown. Also, when you walk in to check in it smells like dinner is ready.
