Dated TV. DVD player in room but no DVDs if we would have known would have brought some for our kid.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and the lobby staff wasn't overly friendly. I think only one person smiled at us the entire time we were there. They were attentive, just not very warm. The location of our room was literally RIGHT next to the pool area. It was a little uncomfortable that people could in theory look right into our room. The windows are reflective, but it was a little unnerving to have people right there. It wasn't a problem though - just a little weird.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked and the room was clean. The balcony was nice. The location was very convenient to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants. We didn't use the pool (because we are from Florida and the weather was just too cold for us to get in a pool) but it was a really nice recreational area.

Didn't find 1 think negative about Biscayne Suite.

We loved staying here. Everything was perfect! We even received an upgrade because it was mother's day weekend. And I'm a mom. 😊

The Suite was much bigger than I thought. Very comfortable for a family. The bed was super comfortable. Overall super clean. The location was perfect. The balcony facing the ocean was a bonus! They offered a late check out the night I stayed for a reasonable price and I took full advantage.

The parking spots are difficult to get into.

No paper towels provided with kitchenette. Carpet is very dated and lighting could be upgraded a bit in this unit. Overall no real complaints, though!

Amazing location, awesome "penthouse" views to the ocean, very spacious accommodations, and friendly and helpful staff! Plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Close to the boardwalk and beach, walking distance to everything downtown. Easy check-in and out. Will return ASAP!

It's nothing I can say the suites is the place to be

Just pure deed everything this is our fourth time here, and we are definitely going to continue to come here to Biscayne suites. we feel like it's our second home away from home the lady at the desk is very friendly I forgot her name when I came to check in on April 20th 2024 she remembered my last names she also remembered my face so I would like to give a shout out to her. Ps the bed was so big it was a king size and the sheets was very clean also the front room was very big plus they have everything here in the suites you don't need to bring any pots,drinking glasses etc.... only your clothes and whatever else you need

Well as of last night it was extra cold in our room never had that problem before but it was OK with me my fiance was so cold he sleeps with all his clothes on

This is my third time here I like that everything is in walking distance plus you don't have to bring extra stuff like dishes spoons cups etc..... they have all that here we will be coming back in Apr
