It’s a very old hotel that has not been updated at all. The security chain on our door was held on by one small nail

The air conditioning is not working correctly, it was cold. Also, the water was cold.

Close to the bus station. There's not too much to say about what I like about it. Also, it was just a night.

Very isolated for shops, bars, restaurants etc. Not a nice area to walk around after dark. Lots of hassle in the streets whenever I tried it. Expensive for what it is.

The room was dirty, the towels were very small, the door handle to the bathroom was hanging out, the smoke detector was also hanging open. There was something that resembled blood on the wall and cabinet. Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The aircon was pretty noisy and couldn’t operate whilst sleeping. No hot water some times.

The elevator was rickety and the door once did not want to open at my floor. Th stairwells were poorly maintained. The bathtub had no stopper if one wanted to take a bath rather than a shower.

It met my needs, it was comfortable, and the location. Was going for my purposes.

Honestly. Nothing.

The elevators were wore down and stunk. The room's refrigerator still had food in it and smelt so bad I couldn't put my items in it. The room's outlets were all hanging out with exposed wires and the room itself didn't smell clean at all, although it looked decent in apperence considering the food in the refrigerator and exposed electrical wires. And at about 3 to 4 am someone started banging loudly in one of the surrounding rooms waking my infant son. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.

The overall facility could use some...sprucing up...and attention to detail. The hotel certainly doesn't give off a very comforting vibe upon approaching and checking in.

This was my second time here. I really think this is great value for the location. Both trips I was interested in baseball and breweries and for that, the location can't be beaten for the price. Manager has always been pleasant. Shower pressure excellent.

Facility have no hotel amenities for guess. No complimentary breakfast, vending machines.

(MCC) Weekend I didn't have to pay for parking, I could jus walk across the street to see the parade. Very close to restaurants, interstate, downtown perimeter. This hotel worked best for me for what I was in town visiting. I hope to get this location next year too.

No amenities at all-not even basic ones like a bag in the garbage can! Dead roaches in the fridge. TV reception was horrible. I've stayed in plenty of cheap hotels-this was the worst.

I paid $80 for a run down room with bugs and a broke bathroom door. There wasn't even a coffee pot or anything in the room. The beds were way too small to be doubles. And the bathroom was awful I was scared to even use it everything was dirty and hair was everywhere

The building need fix a lot. The elevator is not clean then I decide to walk the stairs.

The bed is very comfortable and I love the pillow. The price is not bad.

It was difficult to understand the receptionist, trying to communicate through what appeared to be bullet proof glass. The air conditioner unit was falling apart, but it did seem to work fine. There was not fitted sheet on the bed, and during the night, I was repeatedly bitten on the legs by something in the bed. The shower had only hot water, too hot to use, and could not be adjusted.

I liked the distance from UAB, where I had an early morning appointment. However, the neighborhood was run down and gave the impression it may be dangerous.

It was absolutely disgusting there. There was black mold in the bathroom, the floor was so dirty, we didn‘t even dare to walk without shoes. A lot of sketchy people around. We felt really unsafe and and it was pretty loud at night. Wouldn‘t recommend!!!

Smoke alarm was missing and saw a few roach bugs . They never offered to clean the room during my 4 night stay . Had to asked for towels everyday. Sheets were never changed.

Location and outer appearance gave some pause. (No trash laying about) Some minor maintenance issues ( need toilet paper holder.

It was fairly quiet. The room was very clean and smelled good. Great A/C. All plumbing and electrical were good and operational.

The building should be condemned. I checked in and I was charged more than the Booking quote. The elevator is ancient. The room had gigantic roaches running across the floor and the TV didn't work. I was so angry I left after an hour and the front desk didn't reimburse my money after I told them why I was leaving. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Drug dealers and pimps stay here
