We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was something that resembled blood on the wall and cabinet. Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The aircon was pretty noisy and couldn’t operate whilst sleeping. No hot water some times.

The elevators were wore down and stunk. The room's refrigerator still had food in it and smelt so bad I couldn't put my items in it. The room's outlets were all hanging out with exposed wires and the room itself didn't smell clean at all, although it looked decent in apperence considering the food in the refrigerator and exposed electrical wires. And at about 3 to 4 am someone started banging loudly in one of the surrounding rooms waking my infant son. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.

This was my second time here. I really think this is great value for the location. Both trips I was interested in baseball and breweries and for that, the location can't be beaten for the price. Manager has always been pleasant. Shower pressure excellent.

(MCC) Weekend I didn't have to pay for parking, I could jus walk across the street to see the parade. Very close to restaurants, interstate, downtown perimeter. This hotel worked best for me for what I was in town visiting. I hope to get this location next year too.

United States of AmericaI paid $80 for a run down room with bugs and a broke bathroom door. There wasn't even a coffee pot or anything in the room. The beds were way too small to be doubles. And the bathroom was awful I was scared to even use it everything was dirty and hair was everywhere

United States of AmericaIt was difficult to understand the receptionist, trying to communicate through what appeared to be bullet proof glass. The air conditioner unit was falling apart, but it did seem to work fine. There was not fitted sheet on the bed, and during the night, I was repeatedly bitten on the legs by something in the bed. The shower had only hot water, too hot to use, and could not be adjusted.
I liked the distance from UAB, where I had an early morning appointment. However, the neighborhood was run down and gave the impression it may be dangerous.

The room had gigantic roaches running across the floor and the TV didn't work. I was so angry I left after an hour and the front desk didn't reimburse my money after I told them why I was leaving. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Drug dealers and pimps stay here
