I wished there was a front desk or reception when needed

Even though it was a studio, but it was fully provided with services and facilities. The location was very classy & safe. You can also go in a walk around the neighborhood. It was super clean and comfy. The pool & garden view was simply charming! I wish I had more time to spend there!

2nd bedroom was a little dated, would be nice to have a blind and white bedding to match the primary room. Would of been great to get fresh towels or a quick sweep halfway through our 6 day stay Or even a dustpan and brush so we could sweep up ourselves.

We loved the primary room, large and clean, the most comfy bed and bedding Great pool, with plenty of seats, the most beautiful garden Location 20mins from all major attractions such as Universal studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica. Free car parking always a plus! Lovely hosts at hand as soon as we had queries. Would def stay again for sure, we loved this place.

Roof repairs were done one day. I would have liked to be notified in advance because then I could have arranged to be somewhere else.

We were very happy in this property. I especially liked the pool and the location. It was very easy to access the property- much easier than I have experienced in other places.

The room was very humid and the smell was quite potent. Thankfully AC helped with this a bit.

Location is excellent, walking distance from Rodeo Drive, grocery and shops. The room was small but nice and comfortable, bed was also soft and comfortable. The house/garden were very nice!

We had a great stay at the Beverly Hills home. It was big enough for the four of us, and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. It was great to walk down the road to shops and restaurants and even a nice park nearby.

We loved the property - the only thing we could fault (not the owners fault) was that the children next door were very loud and noisy into the early evening with a constant thud of their basketball and shouting.

Great location, lovely garden with pool, clean, comfy bed and well equipped with generous facilities for our stay (plenty of fluffy towels, parking permit, iron/Board etc). Also just a short walk for some great dinner spots - Bicyclette and Pizzeria Sei were both good finds.

Beautiful guesthouse in Beverly Hills. Very easy to find in a quite and peaceful neigbourhood. We stayed with 2 kids and they loved the place. Great swimming pool with hot tub. Laurence is a great host and easy to communicate with.

This is a very beautiful home in a nice neighborhood with easy street parking. The owners are nice and the back courtyard is secure and pretty!

The location is excellent, I had a film screening at the Wilshire Screening Center and this house was very close. The owner of the house walked us to a wonderful restaurant with great food - the Bicyclette. The house itself is a very beautiful house and the guesthouse in which we were staying had a wonderful climate, the swimming pool area is very charming. We will definitely come again :)

A beautiful place! The garden and swimming pool were so pleasant that we wish we had stayed an extra day just to enjoy them. The owners were gracious, leaving many nice touches in the room. Many great restaurants nearby for any meal of the day.
