Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesSomeone stole the copper out of the water pipes so we went a full day without water. We were unable to shower or flush toilets. Breakfast was good but wish they had better options everyday. There was construction going on that I didn't know about prior to arrival but it was very quiet and didn't bother us at all.
Customer service was exceptional, hot tub was hot and so was the pool. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, and staff was immediately on top of any issues that happened during our stay. We didn't have water for a full day due to someone stealing copper out of the pipes. Staff was on top of this issue immediately. They were very accommodating to every guest that suffered from the issue. They stayed professional and did everything they could to see that their guest were happy and taken care of. They did the best they could with the situation. Location to disneyland and convention center was great, only about a 15 min walk. They take very good care of their property it was nice to see a company that really cares about upgrades to the hotel

NetherlandsThe staff were all very helpful and friendly. There is a target nearby (by car) if you want to buy cheaper Disney items etc. The family rooms are great, kids have a separate room. Unfortunately our room was next to the reception and we heard a lot of noise from other guests using the luggage trolley etc. This hotel is great to visit Disney though! You can take the bus to get there and back for a very good price. Overall, good stay.

United StatesIt’s expected to hear noise from kids. So that wasn’t too bad just really loud sometimes but that’s not the hotels fault. Housekeeper busted in the room while we were sleeping in the morning so that was alittle scary but i think he thought we weren’t there. Could use thicker sheets on the bed.

United Statesi dislike that there was only 1 trash can in the entire room and the room. we also found fake eyelash on the floor of the room which was kinda gross lol not a huge deal at all but a little yucky. also the bathroom door did not lock in our room.

United StatesI had booked this room in February and had to cancel due to a family emergency. My grandchilden's grandfather was rushed to the hospital the night before we were supposed to leave. He passed away two weeks later. I requested a refund for the $335 charge and offered to provide proof of the emergency but my request was denied.
This was a great hotel for a large family, 2 bathrooms is a huge bonus
