We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

View of ocean was great! Just as pictured. Fireplace was nice, hot breakfast was nice but simple (eggs and bacon or sausage). I had no ineraction with the staff after check in but she greeted my nicely

United StatesIf they added a hot tub by the pool it would be perfect. Also the mattress was super soft and killed my back, just some zinus gel mattresses for $300 a piece wud make a huge difference or a firm one with gel pad.

This property was perfect for our one night stay. Its location is in the heart of the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was updated and clean. Staff were excellent. The gentleman that checked us in gave us some tips for our drive to Big Sur. They have a pool on property and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. Rate was reasonable for the area.

GermanyThe fireplace worked with gas. So there was always a little flame burning. You could extend the flame with a switch on the wall. It would have been nice to get an info during the check in or have at least an info note in the room about it. The fire is behind a metal curtan that can easily been opened. Also we were told that other customers had tried to blow out the flame which would be very dangerous because of the gas. So in order to avoid irritation a note about it would be very helpful.
The Hotel was overall very nice and comfy. The free breakfast was a nice add on. Sure the options were limited but it was for free. The little fireplace in the room gave it an extra cozy vibe. The room were comfortable and had everything needed. Very well located too.

United StatesChairs in guest room are not comfortable, without armrests. Not easy to relax and watch tv. Bed has noticeable BUMP in middle, needs replacement. Breakfast was disappointing, with little variety and same every day. No waffles? Going from floor to floor can be confusing because of limited access to easy path to street. Room service is only available by request and since we were there for several days we wanted daily. On last day THEY SKIPPED US and they had to bring towels.
Balcony was awesome. Location was good, with easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery.
