We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaGreat location for getting out to the Badlands and seeing Wall Drug. Comfortable bed and linens. Good breakfast and very pleasant staff at checkin and at breakfast. Quiet place! My only critique is that the fan in the room was either all on or all off but perhaps that’s normal. We slept on the far bed to avoid having air blowing on us. The whole stay was more expensive than I expected but those are the prices for a good, clean motel near a national Park. I would definitely stay there again. Thx!

CanadaThe dog area was not clean. Pet owners should clean up after their dogs. The pet fee was the highest we paid in our 11 night road trip but the dog area wasn't clean. The motel rooms, eating area, lobby and grounds were all clean.
The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

United States of AmericaNot this property’s issue, just know there are few options for an evening meal in Wall in the off-season, even on Friday at 5:30pm. Wall Drug, for example, only operates during the daytime. I found a local bar/restaurant down the street from the hotel after walking around town a bit. Some info found online is not up-to-date, including what looks like a bit fancier place that was supposedly open but the doors were chained shut.
It’s obvious this family takes pride and care in this business. The staff is friendly and genuine. My expectations were exceeded for this location. Breakfast was good.
