The property is old. The chairs in the breakfast area are old and peeling. The stay was $1400 total and the hotel appearance did not reflect that. The rooms were dated.

I thought the staff was very kind and helpful. I liked the location. The rooms were well stocked with towels. The rooms were cleaned with care. The parking was great and accessible.

They didn’t give us many towels and when we first got there, there was no coffee/water cups. We mentioned to the front desk and we were told to look again. They still weren’t there so they did bring cups up after that. The AC did not work either. (We had to stay one night without AC) The comforters was two sheets and a thin blanket. They also don’t let you bring your breakfast up to your room. Which I can understand in a way. They also did not tell us that the fitness room and the pool were closed when we checked in. So that was kinda difficult on the first day but they did address our concerns. No other complaints.

It was close to a few restaurants that were walking distance. Parking was free. Complimentary breakfast in the morning too. Which is hard to find in an LA hotel. It was a decent hotel to stay in. We loved being close to the red maple.

Literally 2 min drive to warner bros studio. Safe location. Walked around the neighborhood at night and never felt threatened. Lots of nice places to eat within a 3 min walk.

The hotel is under construction right now so you can't really open the window and also the water pressure in the shower is low

The location for universal studios was good and they had free parking The breakfast was simple but well, the room is a good size

The hotel is quite pricy.

The hotel is located near the Warner Bros Studios and Universal Studios which is great if you’re visiting those. The room has a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, microwave.

Very low water pressure & flow. Hard to wash long hair. Small towels, no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom near the sink. No hooks on the bedroom doors to hang towels. No way to get a tv guide on the TV. Tvs dated. Noisy air con.

Immaculate perfectly decorated rooms, clean facilities, decent breakfast. Plenty towels. Good free underground parking, easy to access. Convenient Baggage racks in rooms.

Nothing really was really surprised by this hotel, maybe a better coffee machine (very minor issue).

Lovely big room, very clean the staff were super friendly & helpful when asking for advice. There is a lot of places to eat around the area, very close to Hollywood and Griffiths Observatory. Would definitely stay here again.

Washing machine broken. Has been for a while according to reviews. Wi Fi not the best, dropped out and didn't support volte. Shower roses delivered little water.

I didn't like the low flow water for the shower/bathtub.

I liked the location, close to restaurants and a local coffee shop. My family enjoyed the breakfast and enjoyed making their own waffles

Shower is for small people and difficult for tall people.

Great location! Many restaurants are within walking distance of hotel. Hotel staff is friendly. Room is clean and comfortable.

The housekeeping was the worst. Room never got cleaned or restocked. We had to throw out our own trash and it sat it the place they told us to put it for over a day. Cleanliness was not priority. Never used gym because it was nasty. Nothing to clean equipment. I wish they had benches to sit outside

It was close to universal studios and WB studios and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was good and always full of food, they had coin laundry service and a gym

The pictures posted on Bookings are not very accurate. The room we got was very outdated. For example we had a in wall ac unit vs a thermometer.

For some reason, the hotel staff wouldn't give us extra blanket at first.

The room is spacious and clean. Our main trip was going to the Universal Studios. It takes less than 10 mins from the hotel so the location is great.
