Our neighbors in the room next door. Many times the doors had to be shut a little harder and the were very loud. Plus we had an adjoining room that they kept trying to open even though it was locked. The toilets were short and we stayed on the first floor and the curtains didn't shut all the way.

The beds were amazing!!!! It's the best bed I have ever slept on. I also liked that they had a nice chair to sit in other than the desk chair. The pool was out the first day they told me before I even checked in.

The pool was unavailable because someone put too much chlorine in the water. Additionally, the first floor was covered in painter's tape and being re-painted, but there weren't any "sorry for the mess signs or warnings". It just seemed odd.

Breakfast was good, the staff was super friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Everything seemed very clean. It was in a safe part of town and the perfect distance from our destination.

The entire first floor of the building was being renovated and the people who were renovating it were really nice and considerate; however, they were painting all of the walls leading down the hallway to the elevator, pool, and hot tub and there was no warning about it on the website or at the building itself. There was a bus full of people who came in after us and the fumes from the paint was sending a couple of the people into asthma attacks. I also go paint on my bag as there was nothing telling us what had been painted.

The hotel was in a great location with stores and gas stations close by and in a good neighborhood. The staff was mostly friendly and polite and the pool/hot tub were clean and comfortable.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and neat, very comfortable. The shower was very nice the water was good and hot and relaxing, it had a good pressure flow.

Too much chlorine in the pool area, our eyes were burning. Person taking care of breakfast area constantly on phone via ear buds, kind of rude to guests.

Keeping in mind that this is not a 4 or 5-star hotel, I saw an alarm clock in one room with the snooze button completely smashed in, the second floor hallway when you get out of the elevator smelled a little off/weird, all of the hallway trim on the wall at the floor was removed.

The location is, in my opinion, probably the greatest aspect of this hotel. Close to many amenities.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool for my daughters to swim in after a long day of sports, the pool water was murky and the hot tub was the same way; definitely could have used some chemicals. The free breakfast was nice and had a good selection of food but there were tiny ants roaming all around on the counter, especially next to the waffle making station.

Rooms were clean and accurate to what the pictures showed. Front desk staff was nice and also accomodating when I asked to switch rooms.

Had to change rooms at first.Then the hottub that we booked the hotel specifically for was so full of chlorine and/or bleach that it hurt my husbands and daughters' lungs and skin.

The beds were comfy. The breakfest was good and stocked.

- The first room had a clogged bathtub. Since it was 10:00 PM on a Friday, they ended up switching the rooms instead of calling maintenance. - I could not close one of the curtains and there was a light just in front of the window. A light room doesn't bother me that much, but I believe that sensitive people won't like that.

I've stayed in better hotels, but it's ok for the price. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was not too bad (not continental). I also liked that they asked which floor we would prefer to stay.

The heater made a terrible clicking sound and kept us awake. The tub plug did not work so you couldn't take a bath, only a shower.

The price was ok and beds were comfortable.
