Kitchen staff had gloves on when working with food (good part) but took a drink with them on and when done started working with more food with the same gloves that was up by his month.

An update of the facility is needed. .

The room and the hotel is a little tired - meaning it's an old facility. That being said the staff and upkeep was more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable and that is the most important thing.

The pool chemicals were real strong smelling, burnt our eyes. Not very quiet, could hear everything in the room from the hallway..

Pool area was too chlorinated. Burned your eyes. Beds weren't too comfy. But, nothing like your own bed though.

Breakfast had a good selection. Staff was friendly & helpful. Great price and good location. Room was good size.

Hot tub was broken, key reader to our room didnt work so well took several tries to unlock door but key card worked every where else. Door to outside that was closest to convenient parking was inoperable. Toilet made a loud whining noise when flushing.

Hotel was very clean. Everyone at desk and house keeping staff were very friendly. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked food was hot , fresh fruits, Waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins. Milk, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. Room was comfortable size and had microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Bed was comfortable and had nice pillows. It was quiet. There were luggage carts for use and an elevator. Fitness area was clean, pool area was clean. Would stay there again.

The location was great only about 10 minutes from Kings Island and 27 minutes from downtown Cincinnati very close to shops and restaurants the staff was very nice and welcoming it wasn't a safe location the pool hot tub was open

When asking for a spoon after breakfast hours were closed, the lady was very rude and saying it was only for breakfast time. I told her I had come during breakfast time and grabbed a yogurt but forgot the spoon. Really? Trying to shame me for asking for a utensil. Also, bathroom door didn't close, get a carpenter in there to fix the door, simple fix but not fun when it's not functional.

Check in and check out went smoothly.

Room was at the end of the hall right next to the stairwell door. It slammed shut from people coming and going all night long.

The back entrance was designed for access using the room card This system was not active allowing entrance by anyone without a key or authorization The bathroom shower did not have a grab bar for safety and there was a potential for serious slipping and possible injury from falls

Location was convenient for access to main roads and plenty of shopping locations and restaurants Many customers were there with their family for visiting local attractions like Kings Island and the zoo

Toilet in one room made a screaming type noise when you flushed it. Had to hold handle down to flush completely. Toilet overflowed so they brought me a plunger to "take care of it". Battery was dying in fire alarm so it beeped for 3 hours after we made several calls and talked face to face with maintenance.

Breakfast choices were fantastic. Pool and hot tub were great. The adjoining rooms gave kids space to play.

The accidental room deposit was a bit high then I'm used to... The AC in our room didn't cycle on and off unless you turned the fan off and on but only ran for 15 mins then wouldn't cycle back on.

The location is key for things to do, kings island is close by. Lots to shop at. The room was nice and spacious, and was very clean. Had amazing shower water pressure.

single elevator, soda machines were expensive and mostly empty, breakfast was mediocre
