We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was absolutely awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable they helped me out with local amenities and the quickest routes to them. The hotel looks brand new and is extremely clean. As an airline pilot, I stay in a lot of hotels and this one rates tops. Having my own transportation for once I really liked the location. It was near enough to downtown and attractions but far enough to get away from the crowds when you're done with downtown.

United StatesThe fridge in the room didn’t get very cold. Either there’s a dial I couldn’t find that needs to be raised or maybe it’s slowly breaking down?
The staff was very friendly and accommodated my request for a room close to the elevator. The hotel lobby smelled great, was very pretty and clean and the hot chocolate from the machine was really good! The pool is heated so you can enjoy it regardless of it being a cool day. The room was nice and comfy!

Every single thing! I mostly enjoyed the cleanliness. The staff was helpful, friendly, accommodating and really looked like they enjoy their work. The hot tub worked so that was a plus for me, the pool was clean. The lobby was immaculate. There's all day coffee, the pillows are soft, the air conditioning worked great and I love that. We received a welcome bag when we checked in, the front desk from 8/23-8/25 were great. Being from out of town I had questions as the best beach to go etc and was given great advice. I felt very safe being there with my 2 teenagers. I loved our stay.

United StatesWe were not satisified with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower tub had stains/grime on it from and could use some bleach or vinegar to whiten and disinfect.
Cleanliness of the beds and overall room. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The lobby area was clean and the amenities were abundant. I was Happy about having access to a free coffee machine (temp was too hot however) and snacks were given to us at check in which was nice! I was Happy overall.

United StatesNo fan in the bathroom. There appeared to be an exhaust but we couldn’t hear a fan and the mirror fogged up with every shower. Not a big deal for us. Just worry that could eventually cause mold in the bathroom.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby that the kids loved. And a hot or cold filtered water dispenser near the lobby restrooms that I appreciated since I bring my water bottle everywhere.

MexicoSomething that I think is missing is the breakfast service included as in other BW, however the hotel is super well located, there are several food options nearby such as Dennis, Starbucks, In and Out and you can even walk there
We stayed in a family room for 6 and it was on the first floor and we could go to our car using the back door of the room and we loved that. The staff were very friendly, they helped us with everything we needed.
