Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe room was dirty, the sheet wasnt even on the bed properly just thrown on and the blanket put on to make it apear made, pillows were flat, there was an empty roll of toilet paper on the wall and less than half a roll sitting on the back of the toilet, there was 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 3 body towles, there was debris on the floor, microwave dirty, freezer frozen over and gross, the lock didn't work on the door, the slide lock where is screws into the wall was broke in 2 pieces so in turn we did not sleep well, there were sticky cup rings on the side tables and desk, the bath tub button was slick and the soap was crumbly/powder. And the air wasn't the greatest, it took hours to cool the room down.
Check in was quick and simple.

No breakfast, no coffee. First room was smoked in, even though it was a no smoking room. The room also had no bottom fitted sheet. The second room they gave us was better. There was no bar soap in the room,but the sheets were clean and room was vaccumed.

We have been returning to our honeymoon suite here for 6 years and it’s sentimental for us, we’ve always loved how that room was decorated and the huge hot tub

United StatesAnother person walked right in front of us while checking in. If we wouldn't have stepped out of the way they would have been standing on my feet. Wanting soap for rooms. And they ran out of soap. For the price we paid we would have expected a bed that wasn't so old. Fitted sheets and furniture that the upholstery wasn't peeling off of. The whole place reeked of Marijuana. Evidently the no smoking policy doesn't apply to the permanent residents there. And only applies to cigarettes. The towels were stained bad. And the hallways were gross.

United StatesRoom was ice cold. Heater didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Told the guy there that we want our money back and he said he wasn’t authorized to do that but did give us another room. However that room was ice cold and we had to wait an hour for it to warm up.

United StatesRoom was somewhat clean. Only one washcloth. Bugs on bathroom ceiling. I got up middle of the nite — when I returned to bed .. bug there as well. (No bed bugs/ TG). The drapes were half off rod & way too high for us to fix. Place has good bones but need lots of attention!!

The room had two queen beds and was available when we really needed to stop for the night. It had a microwave. The bathroom was clean. The linens were clean. The price was low.

United StatesI did not feel secure. My room would not lock properly. The fold over lock had been busted or something as If it has been broken into or something. There were men sitting in a van out back as I was unloading for a long time (4 men) I couldn’t understand their purpose in staying parked out back. With my room not locking properly, I just did not feel safe at all as a woman traveling alone.
I liked the lay out of the room & the worlds largest covered wagon out front plus the location.

United StatesThere was old garbage out in the hallway that you could smell when you walked in. We arrived an hour after check in time and the room wasn’t ready. The room is listed with a full hot tub but it’s a spa bath. The light fixtures were either broken or missing covers. Th e toilet ran the whole time. There kids who I think live in the hotel running around outside of our room. I could go on….would not go back.
The sheets were clean and for the most part the room was clean.

United StatesThe room was run down, the tub and sheets were clean but the wallpaper was buckled, there were holes in the walls, the bathroom door didn't latch, there was layers of dust, the edges of the floor were not vacuumed and we found "something" behind the night stand that we didn't want to touch, the tub didn't drain because the drain handle was broken, the smoke detector was hanging, and there was a dead spider in the ice bucket.
You had to call a phone number and wait to get staff to the front desk. But when she arrived she was friendly.

United StatesFirst room we checked into my daughter opened the nightstand between the beds and their were drug needles and syringes inside. Now I wont judge previous guests, but thats a major housekeeping issue. Then there no clean towels in the bathroom. We were subsequently moved to a different room and had no issues.
I had stayed here years prior and had no issues. Now it's under new management.
