The rooms were supposed to be smoke free but rooms smell so much like marihuana.

How close it’s to the beach, it was a great place to stay with the family.

Transient people in adjacent parking area were suspicious. Our family remained very cautious in the parking lot at night. Also, loud and disruptive patrons yelling around the pool until 2-3 am 2 of the 3 nights we stayed.

Facility and staff were great. Proximity to public beach access was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

We had roaches in our room. If we wanted to check in early. Even though the room was cleaned and prepared it was a 60$ early Check in fee. Never experienced that before at any hotel. So that was a bit unsettling.

It was close to the beach. I was accommodated to be on the first floor due to my mom having a wheel chair. The pool was clean.

Did not have housekeeping the entire stay. Did not have soap when we entered the room and since there was no housekeeping we never got soap. The front desk did give us extra towels and wash cloths when asked. Only there for 3 nights

Very friendly staff, each one always had a smile and was willing to help. Price was good. Location is good as well, it’s across the street from the beach but very easy access and quick walk to the beach. Clean rooms with NO bugs whatsoever. They also clean the pools daily!

The Internet is the only issue that needs a big fix. I'm on the far side and half the time if the rooms were busy I couldn't get any signal. All they need is some kind of WiFi extender and this would be fixed.

500 feet from the beach, excellent services all together for the price. I'll be honest I was expecting more when I first arrived but they got it all!

The Spring Garden restaurant next door is fantastic. Excellent food and staffing compliments the Sandbar Hotel very nicely.

I did not like that we were on the third floor I have a disability and it was so hard I mean so hard for me to walk up and down them steps when I asked for a lower room the lady told me there was none that what I booked is what I booked and which that was okay we wanted Ocean View anyway

Well we like the hot tub right across the street from the beach we like the lazy Susie with the rooms are fine but you need to watch the alcohol and the marijuana that goes on my granddaughter had a bad reaction to the marijuana smell sitting on the balcony

We arrived early and checked to see if, by any chance, our room was ready. This was at 1pm. We were told it was, but if we wanted to check in early, it would be $60. This is absurd. I can understand charging for a later check out, but to check in a couple of hours early... Really? I think that's just ridiculous. The bathroom is small, and the tub/shower is tiny.

Found a wrapper of a condom under one bed. And there is an area of grass between the hotel and the store Manta Ray that YOU MUST NEVER WALK YOUR DOG! It is loaded with these little spurs that cause my dog Immediate pain. And they "Gym" is just a small room with a cable machine and cardio machines.

The beds and pillows were super comfy and the staff very pleasant.

No clean towels They said on beach but our part was across the street from the beach We left earbuds behind and sent a prepaid box to have them sent back. They never returned them to us. They said they would but never did. They have even hung up on us for calling and asking about them.

I was not happy with the floors, they made my feet black and were nasty. I am not sure they have been mopped. Also the door to our bathroom would not lock

Breakfast was good, place was nice. Hot shower, I liked the location.

Breakfast was decent. Only major issue was the the floors were really dirty and full of sand.Would recommend a broom and dust pan. Also a mop and bucket could be a good I vestment.
