Was hoping to hop into the pool but it’s infront of the street and no much trees/bushes to cover and not be seen. But maybe next time.

Welcoming staff, breakfast was great (no extra charge), comfort and no noise from Disneyland. Free parking too! I’m glad I choose this location as I will reserve in near future

The vending machine wouldn't take dollar bills or quarters, good thing I had dimes and nickles but there is a gas station/ convenient store at the corner not far at all. The shower water did not get hot, lukewarm at best. The parking structure is super small, so if you're getting back after a day at Disney in the night, you're more than likely out of luck. Although the staff does accommodate this by using their "valet" parking spots.

The staff were awesome! Front desk clerk working night shift, Maria was very friendly. She accommodated us well and we shared a few laughs. Also, Juan was super friendly and kept us in mind if anyone canceled their stay because we wanted to stay longer. Our remote wasn't working so the maintenance guy was quick on resolving that issue for us. Even housekeeping staff were friendly with smiles on their face. Oh, and I can't forget the younger, curly haired gentlemen who welcomed us with a smile and friendly hello at breakfast time. THE STAFF HERE ROCK! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a typical size for 2 queen beds. Breakfast was your typical sausage and eggs, waffles and cereal. They did have ham on other days too. Coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and hot coco were offered as drinks. Fruits and sweets were also offered. We all liked the breakfast! The pool was small but doable and they give you swim towels at the front desk. Location was great, I wouldn't recommend walking to Disneyland because it was pretty hot on our second day and it's a little over a mile distance. There is no shuttle so I recommend taking an Uber, this way you'll have your parking space when you get back and not have to pay $30 at Disneyland. We'd definitely stay here again!

The parking could be better. However the staff was very nice and accommodating to remove their vehicle so we can park our vehicle.

Slight miscommunication with front desk manager and my reservation and not easy to get transportation to Convention Center even though they are located a short distance away. Too far to walk if you are dressed for business or the weather is inclement because it's on the backside of Disney.

The room was modern , clean & quiet. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating and friendly. So was the Front Desk staff.

The service here is fantastic. The people were helpful and nice. The walk to Disneyland was perfect. You enter through the side entrance so there wasn't as many people. Fantastic place to stay.

The road it is on is incredibly load all the time, there were ants in the bathroom, not a trail of them but enough to get annoyed.

The shower, which was kind of weird imo I had to like get in to turn on the water because it was one sided for the door to open (if that makes sense) but I didn’t mind it much, just found it odd

The first room we were allocated was horrendous. The shower had a terrible smell of sewerage and was unsanitary. Our whole family did not sleep at all due to the room being almost on the roadside with no insulation to any of the sounds from outside. We would not recommend a stay here as although we moved rooms and the staff were very helpful the building is very old and there is no way to block the sound of the very busy road. I’ve stayed in properties on even busier roads and never experienced this level of noise.

Pretty much everything. The room had a strong smell of soap/cleaning products. The mattresses are VERY used (springy and squeaky). The decor was very outdated. The WORST part is the bathroom. The shower water smelled of sewage, as a result we immediately checked out of the hotel that same night we checked in.

The location is very central and close to Disneyland (based on a short-ish walk, approx. 15mins). The main office staff member was extremely helpful when we voiced our concerns.

the breakfast that was provided horrible and pool was not available. was never notified by the website and when I ask about the pool when I see they have a sign the lady told me it has not been working over a year.

They were doing some construction on some of the rooms it was very noisy. The pool was closed for no reason. In over all I would stay there again not for the price they charged.
