Pretty much everything. The room had a strong smell of soap/cleaning products. The mattresses are VERY used (springy and squeaky). The decor was very outdated. The WORST part is the bathroom. The shower water smelled of sewage, as a result we immediately checked out of the hotel that same night we checked in.

The location is very central and close to Disneyland (based on a short-ish walk, approx. 15mins). The main office staff member was extremely helpful when we voiced our concerns.

the breakfast that was provided horrible and pool was not available. was never notified by the website and when I ask about the pool when I see they have a sign the lady told me it has not been working over a year.

They were doing some construction on some of the rooms it was very noisy. The pool was closed for no reason. In over all I would stay there again not for the price they charged.

Room was dirty, other peoples hair in dresser drawers, windows have prints on them, shower walls had grime that was missed, mirror’s streaky and gross. Beds poor condition. Lots of homeless activity around the facility. Filter in AC unit needed changed. Overall lacking. Needs a good makeover. Breakfast was majorly lacking too.

The pool and hot tub were closed, this information was not known prior to booking. They only had grab and go breakfast, not hot breakfast like most BestWesterns. My wife found cigarette burn holes in the bedding. I am a BestWestern rewards member and have stayed at an estimated 200 different locations and I would say this was in the bottom 10 easily. I was very disappointed in Booking.com customer service, I called to complain and try to find another hotel as soon as we checked in, instead of helping me, I was transferred to the hotels front desk. I spoke with them and found a hotel on my own, I will never use Booking.com again and will not recommend it to anyone that I know.

Going into the room the 3rd bed had hair and stains on the bed. He requested to get a new bed set that we ended up changing ourselves. I took a few picture of the room and the dirty bedset. The room did not smell too well and felt damp. One set of towels had stains on them. Only reason i did not ask for our money back was because we had no other places we could go for 3 nights in a row.

The first room that we got the fire alarm battery needed to be replaced, they did not have one, so we had to transfer rooms, the second room we got was to close to the road and the staircase, and they charged my card more money then what we got told. Then there was no security.

The sink and tub were both clogged and drained slowly. We only received room service if we asked. The pool was so dirty it was not even an option during our stay.

The first night there was a HUGE dead cockroach. The office acted like they've never had bugs. The 2nd night I saw another bug. The office was so confident they did not have infestation I decided to stay again. The 3rd night I came back to my room and found 20 bugs crawling on the floor, hand towels, coffee maker and sink. The hotel refused to give me a full refund and accused me of bringing the bugs. After encountering these problems I decided to look at the reviews of this hotel and found several other people had complained of multiple bites on there bodies and also seeing several cockroaches. The office insulted those customers also and has neglected to take responsibility for their infestation. They broke the #1 rule in their contract and that is that they are supposed to offer a clean and comfortable experience to the consumer. I told the manager that a half nights discount was not sufficient to the itching and swelling from the bites that I acquired and having to shake bugs out of my clothes that were laying on the floor by the Crack in the wall where the bugs were coming out of he demanded me off the property. His name is Miguel A. Thank you Miguel for not even giving me an apology
