Service could have been nicer, the keys did not work majority of the time was quite annoying and felt unsafe at times. Breakfast room was a bit congested but food was good.

The breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and offered many amenities. Beds were comfy and easy check in.

In the middle of the night, the sink backed up and the room smelled like rotten eggs. I let the front desk know and they apologized and put in a work order for maintenance to assess.

Looks like there had been a restaurant (that is no longer open) just next door- which would have been convenient for dinner. However, found other "fast food"possibilities not far away.

Breakfast like at many Best Westerns - scrambled eggs, various bread products, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit - but the breakfast room is very small, so difficult to find seating during peak eating time. Pool area looked nice, but too chilly to use when we were there.

We stayed in room 119. The ceiling was extremely noisy, we were woken up at 6:00am with this horrendous wood cracking sounds made from every step the people from the upper room did. This needs to be addressed to the appropriate personnel so they can work on a solution cause whoever occupy that room will face serious resting issues if the upper room gets occupied at the same time.

location is excellent, breakfast was very good and above all the swimming pool and jacuzzi is great!! We loved the fountain next to the pool and we really enjoyed the warm water in the pool as well as the hot and foamy jacuzzi, excellent!!

Breakfast room a bit small. Front desk charges $25 extra for 25 min early check in (3:00 check in time). By the time check in is completed, find a parking spot, unload baggage, take elevator to room, it would have been 3:00 pm. 4-6 pm happy hour includes cookies and coffee on a first come first served basis. Malfuntioning door lock or key cards. Cards had to be replaced multiple times.

Room was quiet, clean, large. Decent breakfast. Great location. Front desk staff mostly polite and helpful. Room attendants helpful and kind.

It was easy to find, bright, clean. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked having a table and chairs in the room. The pillows were great, I bought one to take with me.

I personally like really soft beds and this was more on the firm side (but not hard). But I still slept well.

Everything was great, and the breakfast was much better than I expected. The property was quiet, clean and well maintained, and the price was very good. I felt very safe as well.

It may be a singular problem but my work laptop doesn’t connect to the internet there—had to use the mobile hotspot. The staff just gave me the password but that work. It’s the only place I have run into this problem.

The location is good relative to restaurant availability and access to highway 101 is good.

It’s tucked away from the traffic sound even though it’s close to the freeway .

We would have liked if the pool was working. For breakfast it would be nice if they added a vegetarian item to menu - it was eggs, bacon and waffles which were the most delicious. A side of potatoes or vegetables would be nice for the ones who dont eat eggs/meat

The rooms were comfortable. The tea and coffee in the room were replenished. The rooms were clean. We liked the buffet breakfast in the morning. It carried us through the morning.

Unfriendly staff at check in. Room was in a separate block, the guy just pushed across a map with it marked but the layout in the dark was not easy to get around (and there were not enough signs directing you to the room numbers). He couldn't have been more uninterested, not what you need after a long and tiring drive. Breakfast buffet was just about ok (paper cups and plates 😕) though the two rooms were barely enough to cope with a very full hotel.

Great location just off the freeway. Big comfortable room with a view over the pool. Parking right outside the room was really convenient.
