Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IsraelThe hotel provided shuttle services from O'Hare airport to the hotel, I specifically asked if we could use the shuttle anytime we needed it and got a positive answer. Sadly when returning from the city through their airport, we tried to call the front desk to request a shuttle, tried it for approximately 40 minutes on and off, but no answer from the front desk , so we had to get a cab to the hotel. As I mentioned previously I did not expect much from the hotel facilities, still it is an airport hotel. But it was the only facility that was provided by the hotel and expected by us. So in the middle of the night, with four very tired children having to call again and again the front desk there's no answer, was frustrating and unprofessional.
The hotel was fairly clean, the kitchen staff was nice and welcoming trying to accommodate our needs. Most of the time the staff was very welcoming and very nice. Basic facilities, but we did not expect more than that and it was all that we needed

NetherlandsIt's an old hotel but clean. We had a room on the road side. You can really hear the noise outside.Since we were very tired with our flight, the noise didn't bother us anymore. But it was not oke with the noise outside.
It's very close to the airport. We just took the taxi since I read from the comments that you have to call first the shuttle, we don't want to wait. Going back to airport we took the hotels shuttle..

United StatesMy only complaint was that the shuttle pick up from the airport didn't go smoothly. Ultimately I decided to ride public transit to the hotel because I waited over 40 minutes after I called and the shuttle did not arrive. Public transit for.me there in about 25 minutes. Shuttle to airport was reliable since you are at the hotel to request it.
The hotel itself was what I expected from Beat Western, clean with the necessary amenities. Hotel is also near fast food restaurants and GrubHub delivers.

IrelandOne major complaint was no international calls could be made.Pure ridicules considering many of us are international travellers flying into the states with cell phones that don't work as phone chip has to be replaced.Wifi will not allow international calls.I was unable to call my mother in dublin Ireland.This position is not acceptable for foreign persons flying to the states.
