We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe only thing I could complain about is breakfast ended at 9:30 having barely arrived and got settled around 1am the night before, 9am felt a little too early to wake up my daughter. Even 10 would have been a little better, or 11? :)
The airport shuttle and the airport shuttle staff is amazing! They already seem to be driving the routes regularly, but if not, they are a 5 minute call away. The driver Mark is absolutely amazing, thinks beyond just his job as shuttle driver and makes sure we feel taken care of, safe and at home. I needed one night stay before heading into chicago, and this was perfect thanks to the shuttle, I shuttled to the airport late at night, and then back to the airport in the morning where I caught the blue line into the city. I was traveling alone with my younge daugher, and it was a great experience!

United States of AmericaMost convenient elevator was out of order and notice of this fact only existed on the ground level. I tried to call elevator from 2nd floor and had a wait before figuring it was inop. Check in was very specific that shuttle needed a 30 min advance call and advance notice was not an option. In the early am, when I called, the night crew didn't want a call, just come on down when your ready. Would be nice if the two crews were on the same page. The room key operated side entrance door did not unlock when we tried to use our room key. We had to walk to front door which was a ways away.
Location let us drop off rental car and walk back to hotel. Location was next to airport which let us wake up later than if we had a longer shuttle ride.

CanadaFirst room we saw a mouse in the room that was terrifying. Transferred us to 2nd room that wasnt cleaned very well. Entrance had a few crumbs. Transferred us to 3rd room and no problems there. Staff was very accommodating and fast at helping us though.
Location! Was near Allstate Arena so we didnt have to wait for uber/lyft and instead walked back. Right beside Portillo's was a bonus. Also have 24 hr shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast was also absolutely amazing and had alot of selections!

United States of AmericaBroken window shade in one of the rooms. Was able to finally get it down, otherwise bright lights would have been shining in the room all night. Was so noisy above and in the hallway, for hours into the night, we all found it difficult to sleep. Shuttle van was a little worse for the wear, but fine. Van door was missing a handle. Overall impression was ok, but a few aesthetic improvements could make a big difference!
Adjoining rooms were great. Appreciated that accommodation. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Shuttle was on time and driver was friendly.

BrazilI had to use the shuttle, it was my first time in the US, leaving the airport I asked the driver of the Best Western North if that was my shuttle. The guy humiliated me, screamed at me and said that I couldn't read. It was awful, I was having a bad day because my flight was cancelled and this guy made it much worst.
