There was a water leak that continued until I left. Every time someone used a shower upstairs, the water ended up in my bathroom. Once a cleaning crewhad to come to clean it. The second time I was doing my business and water drops came down, and thankfully that was it. The water was coming out of the vent

Room not the cleanest. The motel is quite dated. Breakfast could have been better but was fine.

Cheap. Good location near restaurants and shops. Has an airport shuttle.

I didn't like the fact that the coffee machine was broken the hot water spilled over it burned my hand I left a pair of black Nikes in my room I called a couple of days later when I'm packed at home and realized I didn't have them and they said that there wasn't there and they kept my belongings they were adamant that they didn't find anything when I know for a fact that I did not have them that they stayed under the desk where the TV was and the toes to keep my things

The room 232 wasn't cleaned very well sheets had stains. We slept on top sheet. The sleeper couch was filthy. my feet were black from walking on the floor. Glad it was cheap

There's only one stairway to the hole floor. The sink drain smelled bad had to keep it closed.

Quiet room. Good mattress. Had windows with good sun proof curtains. Nice staff.

Small room. Outlet was not supported to the wall, so when you unplugged anything, the outlet came out of the wall. The bathroom sink had a broken stopper and there was a sewer smell coming through it. Front door was hard to open from the outside, you had to really slam down the handle to open the door.

It was pretty quiet so was able to get some sleep

Room wasn't clean. Pizza sauce on desk, bottom sheet put on inside out? And what looked like bird poo on the bathtub rim. Water stains on floor under sink. Maybe just a lazy employee.

Pool was nice, Village Inn on the property, mall right across the street. Close amenities of all kinds. I guess you get what you pay for. Inexpensive.

The room walls are too thin; you can literally listen to what other people are saying or doing outside at night... You can't sleep at all because of how noisy the guests can get, and the room will let all the noise in. Not the best place to sleep, and that was the point of my stay... Also, the bathroom was a bit dirty on some corners and one of the light switches wasn't working.

It's right in front of one of El Paso's most popular hotspots! You can get to many cool restaurants and stores in The Fountains from this hotel! Loved it! Also, the breakfast options are decent. Not too gourmet-y, but they can fill you in. Also, if you're on a diet like me, you have eggs and sausages to spare, which is appreciated.

It had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. I am not too sure what the previous guests left behind.

It was in close proximity to some good stuff around it, including Cielo Vista Mall.

Had trouble with the key card, had to return to the front desk twice to have card reset to get the room door to open. TV was intermittent, the picture was scrambled half the time. Told the front desk about it, said they would have maintenance check it, but nothing was ever done.

Location was good, close to the airport and mall. Room was OK, the air conditioner worked well.

bed had no comforter, just several layers of sheets. the beds are extra extra firm., like, very little cushion. very difficult to sleep. breakfast would've been better except for the illegal aliens jamming the breakfast area and hoarding anything prepackaged like muffins and oatmeal. also there was nowhere for citizens to be seated.
