Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoThe room walls are too thin; you can literally listen to what other people are saying or doing outside at night... You can't sleep at all because of how noisy the guests can get, and the room will let all the noise in. Not the best place to sleep, and that was the point of my stay... Also, the bathroom was a bit dirty on some corners and one of the light switches wasn't working.
It's right in front of one of El Paso's most popular hotspots! You can get to many cool restaurants and stores in The Fountains from this hotel! Loved it! Also, the breakfast options are decent. Not too gourmet-y, but they can fill you in. Also, if you're on a diet like me, you have eggs and sausages to spare, which is appreciated.

United StatesHad trouble with the key card, had to return to the front desk twice to have card reset to get the room door to open. TV was intermittent, the picture was scrambled half the time. Told the front desk about it, said they would have maintenance check it, but nothing was ever done.
Location was good, close to the airport and mall. Room was OK, the air conditioner worked well.

GermanyIt is not the property’s fault that unwelcomed guests show up. In our case our neighbour room was up at all hours bringing strange people in and smoking. Next day the hotel manager had kicked them out and apologized.
I really appreciate that the staff were helpful and took care of business when needed to.

Great location, easy to find, nice staff, towels are the softest I've had from any hotel. Breakfast is served a little later on weekends so we could sleep in. Price per night was good.
