The scenery, the bed, the TV, definitely the value.

I told Harish of the bathroom door that was very hard to open and would not close, only 2 hangers on the rack, the soap provided was terrible (a rock would have been better) and a missing hook in the bathroom. What I did not mention was the room was not vacuumed before we got there, during and I now suspect after we left. Shower soap deposits in trays from past guests. Bath mat was left on the floor and never replaced. There were marks and dirt on the bathroom door that should have been cleaned. There seemed to be no standard as to how clean the room should have been set up. The picture of the room did not match the room we got. #109. The owner and caretaker should be ashamed of the condition of tis room. Hopefully the others were not like that.

The beds, TV. WiFi, Microwave, Fridge, furniture, heat and cooling, hair dryer were OK. Old and battered but passable.

Everything was dirty and it smelled bad. We did not want to take our shoes off at all. Spider webs, bugs, stains and dirt everywhere. The only thing which was clean were the beds… Although the room was a Queen suite, there was no sofa. The kitchen was just a sink. Microwave and fridge are in every room. Breakfast was coffee (only creamer, no milk) and sweet crab&go stuff (small cakes, wafers, cookies) and toast with butter (no jam, honey or anything). No place to sit.

This place was a dump. There were no rooms that were handicap accessible...we didn't need the rooms to be handicap accessible since we were only sleeping but the threshold into the rooms on the ground floor was over 9 inches high...no ramps...nothing...the owners answer was that this is an old building...old is ok if it was kept up and we could get in the room.. I am sure there are laws about handicap accessible rooms...

The manager was nice. But being nice doesn't overlook the problem of getting into a room on the GROUND FLOOR.

Place was run down with paint peeling and rotten wood. Was not clean and breakfast was a joke unless you like bad coffee and cookies for breakfast.

The bathroom could use some clothing hooks. The interior door of the bathroom was damaged, as if someone had punched it with their fist, leaving a broken depression in the middle of the door. In seeking something that had been dropped I had occasion to look under the dresser. It was quite dusty on the floor and had cobwebs surrounding the underneath.

I did not try the breakfast so I can't comment. The WiFi was unstable, but, basically good. The bed was comfortable. The temperature control unit was efficient and easy to use. I very much appreciated their accommodating my dog. The location was perfect for a nearby family project.

This property has seen better days. The price was right but I guess you get what you pay for especially in this popular area. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Location close to Tanglewood was the only thing going for this run down property.

breakfast no worth looking at. customers complaining bathrooms filthy. Room never touched 2nd day with no clean towels. Owner lived top floor and we could hear them in our room. Was told funds already pulled when I got there as I wanted to pay cash and never showed my credit card.

Oh my god! This was the worst hotel experience of my life! I got ripped off (the hotel charged considerably more than Booking.com said it would be), and the first room I was given was filthy. The carpet was so dirty that it felt sticky under my shoes. The second room at least had (imitation wood) vinyl hard floors, but there was mold in the bathroom shower. There was even a mouse (I hope) in my room. I have NEVER needed to write a bad review before. I have stayed in some not so great places. But, if you can find ANY alternative, you should seek it out.

everything. it was expensive, very shabby, no privacy, it stank, felt moist, AC was so Loud it couldn’t be used, it was gloomy, the bed was so awful I could feel and hear the springs, the access felt dangerous and about to collapse. I could go on.

It was dirty and dingy. The place felt creepy. So much so we went to a different hotel. On top of the fact that a snake greeted us at the door. Seriously?!

- 1 pillow for 2 people -never anyone in the locked office to give us extra pillows, or answer any questions whatsoever once we checked in the guy disappeared, no answer on phone or knocking on door, that night or next morning. -no phone in room -shower was gross

Everything was horrible about my experience there. It was not clean, friendly and it did not feel safe. The person at the front made me feel very uncomfortable. Plus the front desk called me later that day and was arguing with me because I canceled my reservation.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this place! I didn't even end up staying there. I canceled my reservation about 5 minutes after arriving at the property. Me and my family felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.
