The paint on the bathroom walls was peeling. The room had a stale and musty smell. The light above the vanity didn’t work. The shower was just a tube from the wall. There were no hooks for towels. The blanket had cigarette burns in it. One of the beds had someone’s hair on sheets. The bolt lock didn’t work. The manager knocked 34 minutes before checkout time and sternly told me I better check out before checkout.

It was very close to my event’s venue in West Stockbridge.

it served its purpose for a bed to sleep in. the overall conditions could use improving tho. no sign of bedbugs so that was a plus. the carpet was damp and molding and paint was peeling in the bathroom.

Easily accessible off the highway. We went to a show in West Stockbridge MA and it was very close.

Horrendous care of facility. I have been staying here literally for 30 years, and the past 10 have shown a huge decline. I have two dogs, and stay here at least once or twice a year, every year. In the past 3 years i was given the same exact room 3 years apart, and the same broken things were in place. I know this because i remembered them from before, i fix things for a living. rooms are poorly cleaned and heavily smell of mildew. i would never shower here. Sadly I love the location for ease of cross country travel for me, and I have a nostalgic tie to it from decades ago. There is no real phone anymore for the place, only a cell phone and hopefully someone will get back to you. its heartbreaking to see how far this place has declined and declining.The pricing is crazy high for it, and hopefully someone will buy this great location and fix it up.

Beware, the photos used in the online listing are way out of date. The condition of the property overall is much more rundown than the photos would have you believe. For example, the pool wasn't even open and it looked like it hadn't been open in years.

There was mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere, the tv had a line through it, the door appeared to be kicked in previously and had no chain, there were marks on the walls. The continental breakfast was a joke. Dollar store Swiss cake rolls in the box, a box of mini powdered donuts that didn’t look so great, 3 or 4 mini bagels, 3 pieces of bread. I saw a microwave but there may have been a toaster, maybe. Saw nothing to put on the bread or bagel. The cleaner was standing outside my door waiting for me to check out while I was bringing my bags to my car and it was over an hour before checkout. Everyone at the local gas station made faces and said be careful and lock your doors when I asked about this place (after I’d already checked in).

I liked that I had a bed and the air worked. The lady who checked us in was awesome also.

Run down motel. Overall, it needs significant repair and maintenance. It appears to have lacked investment over a long period. Room was also dirty, bed covers had cigarette burn holes, bed sheets stained, beds and furniture old and poor quality. TV screen had crack. Receptionist was kind and friendly.

The frig was plugged into the plugin that was controlled by the ceiling light. When you shut the light off to go to sleep, the frig went off. So we moved the frig to another outlet. The microwave was old and gross inside - didn't use it at all. The doorknob to the bathroom was new, but it was installed thru a large piece of tin that was scewed to door and then the screwheads were gobbed up with white caulking (like you use around a bathtub). The linens were nice and clean but thge rest needed alot of cleaning/fixing. Siding was dirty and weeds all over. By the looks of things, there might have been long terms guests staying there.

The clerk had told us at check-in, that the breakfast was just some donuts and coffee. So, after checking out in the morning, we headed for the nearest McDonalds. The motel was really easy to find. It was getting late in the day and we booked our room on our phone. The photos of the motel had to have been taken many many years ago.

Dilapidated motel in worse shape than the Rose Motel from Shitz Creek… reminiscent of Bates Motel. Seriously- there is a strong need to invest in improvements before operating the property.

The room was in dire need of repairs and we had a couple of 6 legged friends join us in the room. While there was breakfast(-ish), it was coffee, white toast, powdered donuts, and honey buns LOL. The room smelled like someone had been smoking for decades in the room and had just left not too long ago, so this might not be the place if you're sensitive to smells.

The location was great - right off I90 and only needed a budget-friendly place to stay the night as we were passing through.

It’s a $60 a night roadside motel built in the ‘60s. Maybe updated in the ‘70’s. Repaired as absolutely minimally necessary. It’s not a Holiday Inn Express. You won’t be any smarter for staying there. Pull in, get some sleep and pull out. The sheets were clean, the beds were made for sleeping. We were there for all of 12hrs and it was fine. A step up from the truck stop parking lot across the street.

‘Breakfast’ consists of a few packaged snack cakes. And coffee. There is a Subway and a Dunkin’ Donuts across the way at the truck stop. You won’t starve. It’s on the side of the interstate. Easy to get into and easier to get out of.
