We really enjoyed our stay at Beaver Brook! The townhome was very nice and the location was perfect for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park! The staff was very friendly. We will be back!!

Would have been nicer to be facing the river especially since there were few guests there. Property next door was very unappealing!

the only thing, and its small, was we were not told there were stairs. for the person on an air matress downstairs this was a bit difficult in relation to the main bathroom. fortunately, i loved the excersise, but it was continual as thats where you get ready, upstairs.

the property and condo are very nice, beds very comfortable, shower had great water pressure, and the view was awesome.parking outside the door was great. was clean and cozy.

The only downside to the condo would be no AC if you are going there in mid-summer. That is fairly common in Estes Park and it was not an issue during our stay the end of September. Very nice condo. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Several dining options nearby. The hot tub at the condo was nice and clean. Good complementary snack options offered.

I thought when booking that I wanted a view of the stream and I ended up looking a small creek. Other than that I was very satisfied.

Consider upgrading to smart TVs for streaming services. Make it more clear there is no A/C in the unit; living room could benefit from a ceiling fan and better lighting.

The condo was great (#214)! The beds/pillows are comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the sunset & watching deer graze from the community hot tubs. The kitchen makes meal prep/dining at home an easy option (comes stocked with the basics - BYO spices, plastic wrap, Tupperware, etc). It was also great having full laundry available in unit. We appreciate the welcome basket, maps, and visitor information.

Pillows were pretty flat and living room would benefit from a ceiling fan.

From the moment we walked in to hear the river running we were smitten. Add in two full bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer I, full kitchen, beautiful grounds, patio with a table and a living room area with a spare bed, we found a home away from home. Traveling with teens is not easy but this rental property had something for everyone. What a great gem of Estes Park!

It could’ve been cleaner. We opened up the couch bed and the blanket had food on it. I had to wonder what bedding had been washed and what hadn’t. We were able to use the units washers and dryer and there was detergent so that worked out ok. There was also an empty toilet paper roll on the bathroom floor.

We had plenty of room to be apart after a long drive. My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of the river. It was helpful to have a full kitchen, too.

The kitchen wasn't well stocked- the salt was empty and the can opener was broken. The key worked in the back door but not the front door. Also the carpet by the front door is so worn down that the carpet tacks are sticking out- they're a bit painful to step on. These glitches were minor, though- overall we were very comfortable.

Beautiful location! Very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds.
