We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaTV selection was not that great as well as the fact if you arrive after 9 o’clock you have to be buzzed in and wait for someone to come and check you In which takes a few extra minutes and it’s a little bit more difficult while carrying bags. Also called the front desk at 7:30 to see if I could extend my stay. They said probably but I would have to call back after 9 AM when someone was in the office.
Hotel was pretty new and was in very good condition. Very clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThis place might be a bit intimidating to a single guest or women. It looks a bit shady & there are rooms with long term guests that hang outside their rooms. Everyone seemed cool & stayed to themselves. Definitely NOT a place of luxury, but the doors locked, the roof didn't leak & NO sign of bedbugs. As a frequent traveler, that's the first thing g I inspect for.
Room #19. I liked the convince & low price ($66.60). I was expecting old, crunchy carpeting- I was pleasantly surprised. Bathroom area was small, but it worked.

United States of AmericaWhen we got there we tried to check in but the person working yelled out to us that she was in the shower so we went back outside and sat in our car for 45 mins waiting to check in. Finally get checked in and settled and we drop something in the bathroom and we ended up finding a literal Crack pipe under the wall heater in the bathroom. And the room didn't have the most welcoming smell but it was a clean room, the bedding actually smelled very good, that was nice. I'm not mad or even really complaining about these things I just wanted to give feedback so maybe the rooms could have an air freshener put in or something.

United States of AmericaParking very tight and not a fan of the shampoo that comes like ketchup packs. I also understand the need for places like this to stay in business but did not appreciate being stuck in the middle of those living there full-time, across from their homes' outdoor gathering area - when there are other rooms further down the corridor. Also, it's pretty bad when you get out of your car and the outdoors smells like stale smoke because the residents sit around smoking all day.
Older, outdated roadside Motel that could probably use some TLC but worth the inexpensive rate for a night's sleep on the road. Located on busy thoroughfare with nearby places to eat. AC drowned out traffic noises or mostly from other people.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived, after making reservations 2 months prior, we were told the motel was overbooked, and we were being relocated to a different property. We went to the other motel and found it DISGUSTING! Evidently, both properties are owned by the same person. The one that was "overbooked" was reasonably acceptable. However, this was obviously an outright scam to fill a less than desirable motel with customers who had no other options. Avoid both Bay Motel and Delta Motel!!!

United States of AmericaWe were sent from where we had booked to another dive down the street due to boiler problems, so they said. We paid at the Bay Motel and had to bring our receipt to the next place which was the Delta Motel.The place we ended up was dirty, had a Oder in the room. A toddler roaming around outside at 5am crying, my husband went out and picked up child who’s mother was sleeping with door wide open, my husband brought child to office and woke up owner who told my husband “just put him in the room and shut the door, this was not acceptable so told owner to either take care of this or the police will be called. The child was heading towards the street when he was picked up by my husband.

United States of AmericaClerk lady mumbled, unfriendly., room dirty entry, run down motel, facilities, and carpet, bedspread. Only 2 mismatched pillows, bathroom very tight to move in, felt sleezy. Grungy chairs outside doors, locks seemed insufficient, , felt unsafe. UPDATE: I filled out the review after we checked in and settled. At 11:20 om the front desk lady called, waking us with loud desk phone to harass me over the review I had turned in. She was very angry and told me I could have refused to stay there. I told her we had few options and the room did NOT meet our expectations. Then I hung up. Perhaps they shouldn’t be given access to the reviews so quickly but for other travelers, BEWARE! Not only is this a rundown place, but you could get bullied and harassed for an honest review.
