Ou room. While it was very spacious it was also not clean and was old. The toilet had urine on the seat when we arrived, the couch had stains all over it and the room and bed smelled like feet. Also, being right above The Yard we could hear the music when trying to sleep.

Location. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

The room was terrible. I didn't get the room I reserved. The room was a disaster. The curtains were ripped. The bedside tables were dirty and the big table. The chairs were old, and one was ripped. There was no microwave or charger suv port. No one explained about getting a Bally's card for playing the slot machines. I've been trying to make this a yearly tradition. I've stayed at the Taj Mahal, Ceasars. I thought Bally's would add to my tradition, but I think next year I will choose another place. Some people say the room doesn't matter, but it does. It adds to the whole experience of going away, especially to Atlantic City. At least it does for me. Not only was my room sub-par, I had to pay the same price for it compared to a renovated room.

Outdated F&E… refrigerator didn’t work, door latch broken and TV didn’t work. It took a long time to get in touch with front desk via room phone.

Great location to the boardwalk and outlet mall. Room service was great, food was excellent. Staff were accommodating.

Casino is dull look need for lively feel. Need to have the pool available 7 days a week even if is can be a couple hours during the day.

Lot of areas under refurb.it won't affect your stay!!

Typical large casino hotel.very friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms are very nice big clean and modern areas..great value and impossible to fault .food is good in both quality and value in the onsite bar.the keg I think it's called.at time of writing the hote6iz undergoing a 90 million dollar refurb so they are fighting to get the customers back.the way they are going they will.

I checked out on 11/5/23 instead of 11/6/23 and that was not reflected on my receipt nor was it noted as requested. I’ve been charged for a 2 night stay and charged $139.78 on 11/6/23 and $133.49 on 11/8/23. I’ve been trying all week to get this situation resolved but I have been unsuccessful in my attempts. Can you please advise?

The non service I received at Guy Fieri's Chop House. We sat for 20 minutes only 3 couples were there and we got up and left. They did not try to say we are sorry please stay or anything.

The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was clean and purposeful. The view of the boardwalk was amazing.

Hotel needs updating. Entrances from boardwalk need cleaning and new rugs. Disappointed at how run down property looked.

I like that the receptionist was able to upgrade our room. However the room wasn't the cleanest. Nothing above a persons reach was clean. Cob webs and dust. door was broken on dresser.

Could not get Dunkin Coffee until after 7a.m., when it was advertised that they were supposed to be open 24-7!!!

I wrote initially that I wanted a lower floor but I was giving the 10th floor. When approached the counter there was a male that assisted us to change the room but he was so rude and no customer service.

There was no tv remote control in the room and when we called reception nobody picked up and therefore called room service but they theirs nothing they can do.

I was charged for a King sized bed. First they gave me a room with a queen bed. When I went back to the desk they gave me a room with a slightly bigger bed. I know what a King sized bed looks like. The girl said she's giving me a good view only to realize she gave a room with a view of the garage.

Carpet and older rooms need to be updated. Elevators need an upgrade. Paint also needs an upgrade. Smoke detectors need to be cleaned.

Room clean. Location is awesome. Johnny Rockets is right downstairs. I will continue to only stay here, been coming here for over 12 years, will try updated tower next time.
