The beds are not comfortable, feels like you are sleeping on the springs. No shower pressure, the pressure would be average then barely be anything. The commode handle is under a shelf and very hard to flush. Parking is very tight

On the beach, the pools are nice.

The lobby seemed updated. However, our bedroom and bathroom were not updated. Our patio door was very difficult to open, but then again, it was the shore, and the salty air spared no mental framed door. We were very comfortable, but the first impression was as if we were in the 80 - 90s decade in our room. Again, to further stress, I was very comfortable. Most importantly, the ac was working, the bed was warm, and showers were nice and hot. They provided just the basics with toiletries, no hair dryer for the bathroom.

Very friendly and clean. The hotel restaurant and our easy access to the beach were convenient. Our bedroom was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. Hot water worked great in the bathroom. Great view of the ocean and wide window space to look outside in a 90-degree view. Parking was available to one vehicle per room. It was a 5-minute drive, a 10-minute bike ride, and a 40-minute walk to the boardwalk.

Suggestion for improvement but nothing major. This hotel was once a decent hotel but now started to show its age. The blankets need washing. One had a sweaty smell, another smell of women’s perfume. Not fabric softener 😁. The door lock takes a while to open until you learn to hold the knob while jiggling the key. The towels were pretty worn out. No hair dryer. There were soap and shampoo. Brought my own paper towel. Hope my review helps others anticipated .

The room has a great view of the ocean, the swimming pool was big and deep for lap swimming. Staff clean the pool on days I was there . Overall, the public area is clean. There’s a decent game room for kids. There are parking spaces in garage underground. We stayed in the Dolphin bldg . There’s always a nice breeze from ocean; air condition never turn on. There’s a nice kitchenette to dine in with utensils and pots. Big fridge not small dorm size fridge which is a plus for us. Shower and hot water worked fine.The room was clean.

Place was nice and comfortable for a weekend stay, when checking in the lady seemed to be having a bad day, we were asking simple questions and getting attitude and passive aggressive remarks made me feel uncomfortable but other than that the stay was nice

The pool was awesome but needs to be heated it was freezing cold. Hours that pool are open were horrible it needs to be opened late.

The views were impeccable! The facilities could have been more updated. The toilet was really low to ground and the handle was hard to reach.

The water in the bathroom sink was hooked up backwards, the cold was hot and the hot was cold. There was an outlet in the main room that looked like it has an issue, black around the holes. both were reported to the desk on check out. I realize it is coming to the end of your season but, overall, the hotel could use a little sprucing up/TLC.

Stephen, who was at the front desk, was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The room was spacious and clean. The view of the beach was great and we enjoyed our breakfast in the cafe..

Remove carpet where there is a beach with water and sand. Bacteria catcher. Should say to bring filters for coffee. One of the pots is rusted at the bottom. Not usable. Faucet in main washroom is not screwed in and moves.. The whole faucet in shower the cartridge is finished not easy to adjust the water. Tap is out of the wall in shower.

the only way to control the ac was either on or off, the coffee pot was not the one for the coffee maker had to jury rig it to keep grounds out of coffee
