Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was built in 1956 and has started to show its age, bits of repairs are need, dirty carpet in hallways and pool deck need to be leveled, towels and bed sheets are a bit worn, but overall the property is excellent.
The property was located on the beach with easy access. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe room, 484, was in poor condition. Nowhere to hang wet bathing suits or towels. Safety lock coming out of wall at door. Toilet had to be repaired on 1st day. 2nd day strong skunk Oder in hallway infiltrating room. Had to call housekeeping at 6:00 pm to have room cleaned for the day. Mirror consistently now cleaned, not vacuumed, faucet not cleaned, one trash can in bathroom and after being emptied was not replaced so there was no place for trash in room. No clock in room. Restaurant in hotel closed for dinner 2 out of 3 days so we had to leave hotel for diner when we were looking forward to dining at the hotel.
All staff members, especially bellhops, Maintainance, restaurant staff, and bar staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Commendable. Made our visit fun. Front desk was responsive to requests.

United StatesWhatever the disinfectant/cleaner/etc that is used is nauseating. It permeated my room and the hallways. Had to keep door open enter time even though it was blazing hot. The rooms are "tired".
The staff in every department was very friendly and tried to meet my needs. Especially housekeeping, I didn't feel well at one point and the maid tried to help me. Very kind. I wish I got her name The sea is of course beautiful and the main reason I choose this location.

United StatesOur 1st rooms A/C was broken so we had to be moved to another room. Our 2nd rooms toilet was broken and ran nonstop our entire stay. I mentioned it to the house keeper and she said the toilet still worked so it was fine. The room also didn’t seem clean. There was dust coating the bed side table and pictures on the walls, as well as sand in the bathroom from previous guests.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pools were nice. The beach area was very nice.

United StatesThe parking was very expensive and the deposit was very expensive and I don’t like the fact that there was no microwave in the room I had to walk out my hotel all the way across from the beach building just to use the 1 microwave they had at the hotel and the beach bar blenders wasn’t working so I couldn’t get me a frozen drink I was surprised the room didn’t have a small dining table with 2 small chairs

United StatesThere are not many good food options in the hotel. Looks like there are 2 pools but unfortunately 1 was closed due to construction. The other pool near the beach was super crowding, this place has “resort pass” so the pool area was filled with non- hotel guest. There are no close food options in the area near the hotel either.
Overall it was a cute/nice. The room was comfortable. The hotel was clean. Easy check in/check out
