We arrived at 10:30 from the airport and was told by the front desk we can check in early just had to Wait till our room was clean. We waited till 4:00 check in time to get our room. The hotel knew was was coming from the airport, we had two children with us who was extremely tired from our 5 am flight we had to sleep in the chairs. When I would go ask if our room was ready yet I was told they didn’t know how much longer. It’s crazy to me, that people arriving early from the airport with children can’t get a room at 12 instead of 4:00. My two year old was sick with a UTI and we just wanted to get in our room to give her medicine. The hotel was nice, it was just crazy to me about check in.

Kind of mildew smell but with the 2 pools and right next to the beach I guess that can happen. $55 parking.

Location was good. Staff was great. Pools were nice. Beach was right there. Even the use of the bicycles were nice. Loved the balcony with ocean view that we had.

Apon my arrival to my room I immediately had to call maintenance as I had a lamp out and my toilet was constantly running (very loud). The shower was also a bit dirty and even had a lot of hair in the drain and in corners of the shower. :-(

Location was very good for where I spent my time there at the Marina. I only walked the (public) beach once and it was a bit dirty with plastic bottles, broken toys and some trash spread out. I only saw 1 trash can. I did see the tractor out scraping the beach the day I was leaving.

Rooms were badly outdated and need of updating. No gift shop or place to buy incidentals.... aspirin, sunglasses, sunscreen etc Rediculous prices for everything. $50 a day to park. GEESH

Not enough personnel for vale’ parking - if that type parking is required then there should be better service. Twice we had to ask for coffee, creamer and towels. One day our room didn’t get cleaned so no towels again. Only one elevator working and had to wait a long time to get to where we needed to be.

They didn't give an option for self parking. It was a mandatory $50 parking. Carpet down hallways looked kind of old and could use replacing. Rooms looked cheaply renovated.

Valet parking. There should be a garage for us to park our own vehicle and have access to it.

The tower was across the street you had to go thru one elevator , to another elevator . Not convenient . Even though I was charged 45$ resort fee still needed to pay 25$ for an umbrella . I was not impressed with the restaurants on property either . Room was not ready until 4 pm . For 450$ dollars a night I expected more .

Valet parking only $50, Resort fee $40- high fees after you pay for a room. Internet spotty at times.

Dated, overpriced. Need a rental car to eat out and sightsee. RESORT FEE $40 and then no self park Valet only $50 a night.

I actually stayed 11/9-11/18. Resort is dated, very clean. $50 valet parking- ridiculous. Resort fee included through Booking.com. Men working valet were exceptional, friendly, helpful. ROOMS NEED UPDATE. I did not eat at the resort- found other much nicer restaurants. Just REALLY OVERPRICED.Both pools were clean, very nice.

Expensive bar drinks and food..seemed to want to charge Xtra for everything. Bartender not helpful. Showerhead loose, so leaked.

It was rowdy and there were people in the pool that had no guests bands on. Also we had to wait over 4 hours for our room

For a hotel of this calibre, the housekeeping services were below parr & lacked the expected attention to detail, such as the maid making the bed & replenishing the complimentary water bottles each day.

Nice rooms & hotel is in a good location to access the Fort Lauderdale "tourist interest spots". Staff at the property were friendly & helpful.

Very loud AC in the room. Bathroom was worn and not that clean. Quite expensive parking.

I didn’t feel like the room was worth the price there were not many food options In the hotel and it was a bit of a walk from the stores and restaurants. I also had to pay a damages deposit at check in which was fine but the guy helping me ran my card for the entire amount of my stay which I had already paid before I arrived I tried to explain this to him but he was quite dismissive. The hold came off my card a week after I checked out but it was still very annoying.

It was steps from the beach and we had a view of the ocean we were also close to one of the pools the kid friendly one

The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working (floor 2 in City View side). And the working lights were limited in the room.

I come back to B Ocean every year! It has amazing amenities, food, service, etc! My home away from home :)

We requested two rooms double beds, but one was located on the beach tower, and the other was on the south tower. My mother and my mother in law needs attention when we travel. That was the part I didn't like it. One room was with a sofa bed, not a double bed.
