    • Premium Queen Room with Two Queen Beds

Room was a bit small, and not suited for 2 Queen Size beds, The bathroom door could not be opened without touching the bad. Mobile AC Unit made a terrible noise, but windows could not be opened. Sourroundings have become, to no fault of the hotel, a "hangout" of quite a few unsheltered folks. They were not usually intimidating, as most of them are drugged out of their mind.

Location, morning coffee from the coffee shop, facilities, interior design

Parking service offers by the hotel is quite expensive. We ended up using a 3rd party app for parking reservation. Some of the nearby areas have groups of homeless people gathered around. They didn't bother us but others may feel unsafe.

Hubby and I stayed at the Nano Queen room which we found was not that bad given we're out and about most of the time. Location is extremely convenient, have access to all modes of transportation.

The staff were friendly but didn’t stick to promises. There are many hidden fees that you get stuck with. Staff member said I would get a refund. Had to go back and forth over email weeks after I’d left the country.

Hotel was in a good location, room was clean.

FUN TECHNO HOTEL WITH ROAMING ROBOTS!
    • Leisure trip
    • Solo traveller
    • Queen Room
    • Stayed 2 nights

Illumination is critically needed for the area housing safe, refrigerator and closet. Low water pressure and tepid temperature at the room sink made wet shaving difficult. Small room size was fine for this solo traveller, but rather cramped for a couple.

Loved being surprised at occasional interception by 3-foot high robots performing room service! Extremely clean room and facilities, with a dedicated housekeeping team at work during the day. Slick and easy check-in, check-out processes. Great location for anyone using the City's public transportation: cable cars, BART subway, underground and surface street cars, municipal busses -- all right outside hotel entrance. Coffee, breakfast/lunch, alcoholic drinks available at free-standing lobby bar.

    - it was difficult to get any sleep, there seems to be no noise insulation between floors and we could hear the family above us walking around until midnight and then again starting at 7am, very exhausting

The bedroom was a bit small and the decor in the rooms and hallways is quite dark.

The hotel was in an ideal position beside Powell Street BART station and also the trolley car terminus. It was also within easy walking distance for Union Square, China Town etc. The staff were very helpful when our air conditioning failed to work and they quickly allocated us with another room.

The location even though super central is a little bit sketchy (not the hotel’s fault). It’s right next to Tenderloin which is the worst neighborhood in San Francisco.

The staff seemed flustered and impatient for no apparent reason. That was a first for me.

Comfortable and safe stay long weekend.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the parking- so it should be noted that there is only velvet parking (something that I did not realise) and this is at a rate of $65USD per night. We parked about a 5 min walk away for $40USD per day. Also, there is a security deposit of $75USD per night per room and this came as quite a shock since I had 3 rooms booked. I did not read this anywhere on the website before I booked so if it is there and I missed it, it should be more prominent as this was quite a lot of money to front up.

The location was pretty good. The area was generally safe for walking around at night. The room was serviceable. There was a small fridge and a coffee pod machine and the coffee was actually really nice. Queen size bed with 4 pillows. Was reasonably comfortable but creaked and sagged a little bit. The bathroom was quite nice, and the towels were generously sized. It should be noted that for people who need quiet to sleep, the area is very busy and there is quite a lot of street noise. This could have been because of where my room was positioned overlooking the street with the cable car outside. There is a bar and restaurant/cafe downstairs.
