Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was spacious and beds very comfortable . Bathroom supplies of Dove shower gel and body lotion was also great.

Trinidad and TobagoI stayed at this hotel for 4 days and it was amazing from start to finish. I arrived very early due to having a red eye flight and my bags were stored in storage until it was time to check in. I was also able to partake in the grab and go breakfast service even though I had not checked in yet. The breakfast was amazing. Various hot and cold items that were perfect to get your day started. The guy at the counter on the morning of 27th August 2024 was very welcoming. The location is perfect. The B1 bus stops right in front of the hotel as well as the X28 which offers minimal stops to Manhattan. There is a train station, 86th St, less than 10 minutes from the hotel. There are various food, retail stores and banks nearby. The room itself is very clean and has exactly what you need. The space was veryyyy thought out. I loved the lights specifically on the bathroom mirror for doing makeup. I opted out of the daily housekeeping as I was there for a short time and it was not a necessity for me. All members of staff were VERY courteous and ready to help. Thank you Venus for assisting me with putting on my bracelet lol. It was a truly amazing and unforgettable stay as it was my first time solo traveling. The entire stay was comfortable and I cannot wait to stay again. Thank you all for your amazing service. S. United StatesThe parking is nonexistent except for a tiny garage with 6 spots, but they don't tell you how to go about parking there beforehand. You have to pay to use it and can't take your car out once you park there. The soundproofing is terrible, and the room doors are extremely noisy.
It was new and beautiful and clean. The staff was accommodating, kind, and helpful.

ZimbabweNot really a criticism, but I wish I'd checked the length of the commute to Manhattan which was where most of my activities were. The hotel is cheaper than other options but I spent a fortune on Uber rides when I didn't want to take the subway and walk late at night.
The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are helpful and professional.
