Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe parking lot is tight. The beds were too firm for us. Based on the pictures of the room we selected on line the view was ocean front but our room was actually on the side of the building. The guy in charge of the beach chairs was rude.
The location was perfect for us. Having the beach chairs brought down and set up for us was awesome since we had my elderly mother with us and we needed to assist her walking

United StatesNo sink to the wash dishes even though there is a microwave and refrigerator. I had to wash dishes in bathroom sink which was kind of gross. There were 3 dogs barking this morning around 7:30 for an extended amount of time. Not sure where the owners were but it was very rude. Outside light on balcony on all night and very bright. We slept with the screen door open so we could hear the ocean waves but the light was annoying.
Great location and love the upgrades.

United StatesThe shower faucet was broken and often shot off when trying to shower, the water never got hot and there were broken pieces in the shower from what I'm assuming held shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Gum found behind the headboard. But these things were small. No "REAL" issues.
Room was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. It was bright and vibrant! It was nice to have the indoor pool at our disposal when the weather was less than ideal!

This is a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. But still quiet and relaxing. Beach was crowded but manageable. Very short walk to the beach. Awesome beach view. Hotel was quiet. Nicely updated.
