What is an add on, traveling with pet $112.80 charge for? I was unaware of this charge and think it should be refunded. I already paid $100 each for the 2 dogs we had with us.

The refrigerator wasn't cold.. Lost some of our food due to it not being cold or not having a freezer inside of it.

I have two kids, I paid so much to enjoy a beautiful break from my routine and I couldn't enjoy it because someone was smoking marijuana in the floor I was staying and it turned from leisure to ghetto ( at night when we were sleeping and in the morning) , I called from desk and they said they were going to send someone to search for the person who was responsible. How about large signs that states No Drugs in premises. Also the indoor pool kids couldn't enjoy it because their was a couple in public display of affection making my kids and other children disgusted with they inappropriate kissing and touching. I hate to believe this place is touring to a ghetto hotel.

This is my 3 time in this place and love it. My kids always enjoy the coming to this place till our last stay.

Too many pets. Dogs are everywhere, but not appreciated by the pools. Housekeeping rapping on the door 5 times in 2 hours (between 8:00 and 10:00 on checkout day was aggravating. The restaurant menu is terrible. If I want to eat what Molly's is serving I'll go to Molly's Instead we have to drive to town to get a decent restaurant. WiFi issues made me angry, and your desk clerk made it worse before he made it better. Took my phone to show me how.....he couldn't do it either. Had to give me a "promotional code" Frankly, I felt as though your front desk staff was condescending, not only about the WiFi but about the fact that I'd booked with "Booking.com. We were informed, as if we were stupid, that we diidn't need a parking pass except on weekends. Confusing (we're not stupid) since we were given a parking pass for Tues thru Thurs, but didn't need one for our daughter who checked in on Wednesday. After 43 years I'd quit staying their if my granddaughter didn't love it so much.

I have visited this hotel many times since 1981 when it was a Sheraton. We like the location, the beach and the pools. Too bad the pier got shortened.

It was right on the beach and I had a really awesome pier. Molly ‘s bar and Grill was a nice restaurant and overall it was a great day.

Only one extremely slow elevator. Construction going on out front that was noisy. Longer walk to beach than anticipated

Didn't like the French toast, no flavor.l made in Hotel . Hotel food prices are very expensive. Flat pet fee of $100 no matter how long the stay. Took k-cups for trip but room has regular coffee machine, no k cup machine in whole building. No chairs or umbrellas on beach for hotel guests , this was a big disappointment for the experience you'd expect at the Hilton. One elevator broke the whole time that seems to have been broken for over a month according to other recent reviews. Did see roaches in room the last day but to be expected perhaps with all the food and other travelers coming..some from other countries.

. Fruit was good. Buffalo chicken wings real good that Molly's made. Enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub. Bed was comfortable and room quiet. Small pier to let dog run on, no fishing though from pier too shallow.

I was a little shocked with the view of the room for the price point paid. We mostly had a view of the roof instead of the ocean. Normally this would not bother me except for the price of the room and the description never mentioned any type of obstructed view or side view, so I found it a little misleading. One elevator was not working so that was a bit of an inconvenience. We only stayed one night and left very early the next morning so I'm not sure how long it was down.

The staff was exceptional! The beds were VERY comfortable and the overall room was nice. We ordered drinks from the outside bar. The bartender was nice and the drinks were good. We also ordered room service and it was excellent. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We will stay here again.

The hotel has outside repairs going on so there was a lot of noise.

Location right on the beach. Breakfast. Walk to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly.
