I didn't like the bodywash/shampoo. Wouldn't foam unless using REALLY large amount. I typically pack my own but wanted to try their stuff. Not a big deal overall.

The hotel was very conveniently located, 10 min walk to Disneyland. A very safe environment to walk in. The staff was helpful with question I asked them. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, smelled clean (which is a big deal to me). The kitchen was well equipped for making a meal. The laundry facilities were easy to use and centrally located. We rented a car to get to hotel and to get to our next destination and they had on-site parking at affordable rate. Overall, a great hotel with excellent staff that made our trip a breeze for accommodations.

I didn’t like the check in staff that did not fulfill my request upon check in. I did not like how we got exactly what I had requested not to get, back view room. The room was not as pictured.

The hot tub jets didn’t work sometimes and it was generally too hot or too cold. For little kids it would’ve been nice to have a step stool in the bathroom.

The 2 bedroom suite was awesome for little kids. And the splash pad and upper deck pool.

The room is big and comfortable, very suitable for a family and very close to Disneyland.

The breakfast is eh. The eggs are clearly powdered and very watery. When you are staying for an entire week eating the same bland breakfast each day can get boring. If I'm being honest, the breakfast was no better than other lesser hotels. I would have liked maid service daily. I understand not replacing towels each day but for the price of this hotel, I would have expected beds made daily. Also, when we did get maid service every other day, the coffee pods, creamers and sugar were never restocked. I had to go to the front desk nightly to get new ones for the following morning. If this hotel was priced like most others in the area I would give it 5 stars all around but because it costs a bit more (I spent about $900- $1200 more then when I stayed at Holiday Inn, Homes 2 Suites, and Best Western) I had higher expectations that just were not met.

Everything was perfect

The whole family enjoyed the comfortable, clean, and spacious suite, with full kitchen. The gym was effective enough for a petite workout in the morning or whenever .. the pool is the showstopper though, my family and I did not get anywhere near it because it was indeed a constant madhouse during our entire stay.. I am sure if you can work with large crowds the pool is worth it! The breakfast was HUGE all selections of breakfast foods one could want or need..again very busy especially after 715 am

Cannot fault the place

Nathan is amazing and he looked after our family while we stayed for 5 days. He went above and beyond to make our experience at the Residence Inn top notch and he deserves a pay rise. We will definitely return to The Residence Inn because of Nathan. We came for Disneyland with a family of 7 from NZ. From check-in to check-out we had no problems The parking facilities are close by and you pay $30.00 USD per day which is worth it as you would have to pay for parking at Disneyland anyway Disneyland is a walk away The hotel is close the many shops and the 7 Eleven was handy. The beds were amazing as our family done 3 days of Disneyland so required a good nights rest Breakfast was top notch and my family enjoyed this every morning. The mickey mouse waffles were a hit with the whole family and the options of refills with the beverages The pool was amazing and they even had a jacuzzi for a after a long day at Disneyland was a great massage from the Jets

Our suite was smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but was adequate for our 4 days there with a kitchen, table, living room, and bedroom with 2 beds. Missed having a bathtub to soak in after walking the parks but the glass door shower was good enough. Housekeeping was for some reason difficult to schedule even though we were gone from the room every morning and every evening. We like to relax in the room in the afternoons and that always seemed to be when they wanted to come to vacuum and clean for our every-other-day cleaning.

Location was wonderful with just under a mile from the Disneyland Resort entrance. Rooms and hotel grounds were clean. Free breakfast was fantastic and different everyday, but always had the classic Mickey waffles and even offered Nutella spread which my kids loved. Pool is shallow enough to not have to worry about little ones who are decent swimmers and huge hot tub is a great plus.

The beds were SO FIRM I had to take the cushion of the couch and place it under the bedsheet. Didn’t get a good night sleep in the 7 nights we were there because of this.

The full size kitchen and living areas were really great and hard to find in the area. The bedrooms were VERY large! The pool, splash pad and hot tub were perfection

We did not have a good experience with the lady who checked us in. When we asked if we could have someone make up the sofa bed (someone offered to do this for us at the residence inn we stayed at a week prior at LAX), she just said “the sheets are in the cupboard” and didn’t even make eye contact. We then asked about a Disneyland poster that was on the bench and she said “I don’t know what that is, it’s just an ad”. She didn’t even try to ask someone else about it. She hardly made eye contact the whole entire time and was so rude to us. It wasn’t a very good first impression of the hotel.

Loved the facilities! Plus it was very clean

My kids didn’t like the pool hours because we got back late and wanted a late night swim. They would like hours to be changed until 11pm instead of 10pm 🤭

It was very clean. Staff were extremely wonderful. We drove a van and didn’t fit in the garage due to height and Nick was very helpful and gave us his parking space! Thank you Nick!!! He made our stay that much more pleasant.
