Thin walls: we could hear loud neighbors which made it hard to fall asleep. Breakfast: for price of room, not many choices - red apples and oranges, individually wrapped danishes, instant oatmeal, toasts and jam, cereals with milk Front desk: needed to store items, as our flight was early and received misinformation, so it was confusing. Housekeeping: not enough pillows (but brought us more when asked)

Location: across street from the walking entrance to Disneyland. Size: the room/suite comfortably fit my family.

The weather was perfect during our staying and we tried to open the window, actually after I saw that net that installed outside of the window may fall, I left this idea

Very friendly staff, has responded for any request immediately, helped with everything we asked. Very good location close to Disneyland. Hotel doesn't look new, but rooms are comfortable, equipped with all necessary accessories and clean, there is even small pool for children inside. Light breakfast was included as well.

Breakfast is very limit. Bad quality food. Tiny breakfast room considering everybody leaves at the same time in the morning to the park. Window shutters are bad quality, let in too much light and people can see in, even when closed. I needed another night at the end of my stay and the staff were not helpful at all. They had spare rooms but they wanted to charge me more than double. So i went to another hotel around the corner, who charged me half the original price, very helpful and accomodating and not much longer of a walk.

Older hotel but well maintained. Pool/hot tub is indoor vs. outdoor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, next to Denny's, across the street from park entrance, spacious room with separate living room which is perfect if you have different bedtimes or wake times. Allowed us to stay parked there on check out day while we went to Disneyland.

Wish they had a bit more to offer for breakfast. The elevator could use an update. It took us longer to get down the elevator than it did to actually walk to Disney.

The location is excellent! The walk to Disneyland is 10 minutes. No need to wait around for shuttles. Good restaurant options nearby. Excellent price for the location.

Parking was full by the time we got there so we had to use valet service. Anytime we needed something from the car we had to ask someone to open the doors. It was not too big of a deal.

Perfect distance from Disneyland. We traveled with two toddlers so it was nice that we didn’t have to walk far when we needed a break. The room was spacious.

Check in is strictly at 3PM, and luggage storage is not complimentary though there are luggage lockers available and they provide the ability to change your bills into quarters so you can utilize them. Not a big deal for us.

Excellent location. One of the closest hotels to Disneyland. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were hospitable. Breakfast was free daily.

The parking situation was terrible,they did valet my car for free. When your family doesnt travel lightly and you make frequent trips to the car it could be a pain.

We came back after our original stay to extend our Disney trip. The rooms are huge and comfortable so as to not feel like you are tripping over each other, great for families to be able to separate and have their own space
