The location was ideal which was right beside Times Square and Broadway. The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be central and be within walking distance of many different attractions.

The bar was not well stocked - they were out of all white wines and several other items I tried to order.

The service (bellman especially) was outstanding. Room was ready when we arrived earlier than check in and we were permitted a late check out. Each time we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the doorman with a smile. The bellman brought our bags to our room, set up up with airport transportation, and communicated our plans with the front desk all in the 5 minutes after arriving. The airport transportation was a luxury SUV and half the price of an Uber. First class service!

Very rigid on modifying the reservation, between booking and hotel lack of communication Soap in bathroom could be big dispensers instead of small bottles, better for environment There is limited insulation from outside noise(it's NYC a 24h city), consider providing earplugs

Location is ideal, great value for Genius loyalty members, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The fresh coffe and the always available at reception a nice touch.

The crew was incredible. My friend and I landed very early and came to the hotel at 7am, the crew did all the efforts to give us a room and they didn't charge us on the early check-in. The location is great, the room was good, clean and comfortable.

Rooms were quite dark & would benefit overall from some updating. This was my 4th time in NYC so I'm well aware of the noise and busy streets even at night. However, a window upgrade would go a long way in this hotel - and allow for a better guest experience.

Every staff member was so helpful and pleasant. The location was fantastic. In great proximity to attractions such as Rockefeller, Central Park, St Patrick's Cathedral and the various subway stations to go further afield. Complimentary tea/coffee/fruit available and water throughout the day. Also bottled water provided daily. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and closet were more than adequate. We requested a kettle and this was provided. All in all, a very good experience at this hotel and I'd have no hesitation to recommend it or stay there again.

A slightly lower price point would not have been bad ;o)

Smooth transaction, staff very attentive and responsive. Room clean and comfortable. Lifts operating well. Nice bar. Very well located within walking distance to many landmarks and MTA system.

rooms that had more than one bed were small. The bar didn't have any mixers at the time.

Location was good close to things but not so close that it was loud and crazy. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to make a recommendation.

The room was a little noisy, but that's normal for New York. However, the bed was uncomfortable. After one night, my back hurt a few days later.

Personal was very pleasant. They wish to help with all the questions: baggage, airport taxi. It was free coffee and tea, which was cool when I arrived.

Would have liked a coffee maker in the room. The coffee in the lobby did not include decaf which is my morning beverage. Would have liked some breakfast foods; even a grab and go option. There was very little in the way of value for the mandatory resort fee, except a bottle of water. Most hotels will provide a daily bar beverage (wine/ beer) as part of that package.

We had a window to the backyard, where there was some very noisy ventilation. It was impossible to sleep even with the window closed.

Very close to Central Park and to Times Square. Plenty of restaurant/fast food options around. Short walk to two subway stations. No tea/coffee in the room, but is available in the foyer every morning.
