Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesJuice machine out of order our whole stay. the ice machine had a sign for 2 days, in English only, saying it was a poison threat ! and was not sealed off ! No icons to indicate to non English readers of the threat. What mismanagement .

United StatesThe reason I booked here was for the free airport shuttle. At check in I was told that use of the shuttle cost $15. Then when I was told that they a $100 hold on my debit card and after I check out they would put it back the same day. It took them 4 days to put it back and caused my account to get overdrawn. I will not be returning.

United StatesThe hallway carpet looked dingey. Kept having to get the key cards reset (and no I wasn't keeping them by my phone or anything) tub was moldy and you could hear when others flushed or ran water due to the pipes being right by our room.

It would've kept me dry if it rained, and warm if it got cold. About all I was after. There's nothing wrong with the place. It was clean and quiet. It's characterless, but comfortable enough. Just another bland hotel near a major highway.

United StatesIn my opinion, the beds aren't very comfortable. The only other issue was that the interior lock, the one that only locks from the inside, was broken completely off of the bracket. This caused me to feel that my room wasn't as secure as it could (and should) be, I didn't feel as safe. Though, at I didn't bring the issue with the lock to the attention of the staff at anytime during my stay.
Breakfast was delicious, they have a mini wafflemaker as well as various other choices from cereal and instant oatmeal, to prepackaged and chilled items. They 24/7 complimentary coffee is love that the complimentary hand soap, shampoo and conditioner were all Dove brand name.

United StatesPool was bad the first day (not sure it was their fault), then down for three days. Beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was OK - you definitely could feed a family on it (eggs, chicken strips or potato's every day).
Reasonable pricing. Nearby, there are several restaurants within walking, including massage, liquor, smoke shop, and a gas station. We felt safe and that our vehicles were safe. No parking fees.
