We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaJuice machine out of order our whole stay. the ice machine had a sign for 2 days, in English only, saying it was a poison threat ! and was not sealed off ! No icons to indicate to non English readers of the threat. What mismanagement .
All was good . Clean ,quiet, pleasant. Except for scary ice machine.

United States of AmericaThe reason I booked here was for the free airport shuttle. At check in I was told that use of the shuttle cost $15. Then when I was told that they a $100 hold on my debit card and after I check out they would put it back the same day. It took them 4 days to put it back and caused my account to get overdrawn. I will not be returning.

United States of AmericaThe hallway carpet looked dingey. Kept having to get the key cards reset (and no I wasn't keeping them by my phone or anything) tub was moldy and you could hear when others flushed or ran water due to the pipes being right by our room.

It would've kept me dry if it rained, and warm if it got cold. About all I was after. There's nothing wrong with the place. It was clean and quiet. It's characterless, but comfortable enough. Just another bland hotel near a major highway.

United States of AmericaIn my opinion, the beds aren't very comfortable. The only other issue was that the interior lock, the one that only locks from the inside, was broken completely off of the bracket. This caused me to feel that my room wasn't as secure as it could (and should) be, I didn't feel as safe. Though, at I didn't bring the issue with the lock to the attention of the staff at anytime during my stay.
Breakfast was delicious, they have a mini wafflemaker as well as various other choices from cereal and instant oatmeal, to prepackaged and chilled items. They 24/7 complimentary coffee is love that the complimentary hand soap, shampoo and conditioner were all Dove brand name.

United States of AmericaI couldn't get any service for my room beyond trash collection, clean towels, tissues and toilet paper. No sheets were changed in 11 days. That may be why it felt like home. LOL :D
I had to stay for quite a while because I needed to settle my sister's estate. This place made me feel right at home. Things broke but they also got fixed fairly quickly. The staff helped me with printing documents I needed to get everything done and the airport shuttle was speedy.
