The mattresses were impossible to get a decent amount of sleep. Everything else was okay. My husband and I barely got 4 hours of sleep. I am a senior citizen (84 yrs old).

 This property says it has a pool. They said they haven’t had their pool going in over a year. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly the mirror wasn’t wiped down and their was hair in the sink. I booked a non smoking room and when I checked in very late the room was definitely smoked in and my room did not have a sign on the door saying it was a non smoking room like the rest of the rooms did. The next morning I asked to switch into a different room the girl said yes I can that housekeeping just needs to clean it when they check out. We were packing to switch rooms when the front desk agent came to my room ( she was very nice) but said her manager came in and said there were no rooms for me to switch into they can’t do anything about it and if I want I can check out of the room and find another place to stay! First off I couldn’t, everywhere was sold out! I was shocked that management didn’t come to the door or even call me to discuss this matter with me. They didn’t even try to accommodate me! So I did call booking to file a complaint ! Booking asked if they can at least clean the room or the air. I assumed maybe they can put an ionizer in my room, but they didn’t do that either. I did come back later on that evening to a fragrance in the outlet with fresh towels, but my towels had stains on them when I went to shower the next morning.

The property was in a nice location. There was a Plaza next Store, a nice breakfast diner some stores. the beds were comfortable and new sheets. The girl that just started ( I didn’t get her name) she said she’s only been there for about a week, she was very nice.

Last experience.. Check out is at 11am. The lady knocks at the door at 10:50. I politely ask if she could give me extra time till 1130. She got an attitude after I asked politely and rudely said no that I only have 5 extra mins. Mind you I've been there multiple times and didn't think there was an issue with an extra 30mins. I always clean after myself so I don't know what the issue was but it ruined my morning/ stay cause of the unprofessionalism

The place is not well maintained. The second floor outdoor walkway feels like it could collapse at any moment. The carpets in the room were very stained, I mean not just a little, but pretty disgusting looking, which gives you an unclean feeling about the whole place. The bed was oddly made, with the sheet outside of the blanket. Who makes a bed that way? So we re-made the bed to put the sheet on the inside....who knows if that blanket was washed or not? I suppose you can imagine that the grout in the bathroom was pretty much black. The was not smoke/fire detector, just some wires hanging out of the ceiling where one should have been. I'm pretty sure the fire department could shut them down for that. Not very comforting in a place that has smoking rooms. There is no servicing of the rooms, although after 2 nights then came in and took our two full sized bath towels and in their place left one bath towel and one hand towel. When we asked at the desk for another bath towel they said they didn't have any. So we would have preferred if they left us the towels we already had. The breakfast is really minimal. Cold cereal or oatmeal, and a few plain (and soggy) bagels, white bread, and a few small plain doughnuts, with juice and coffee/tea (though if they run out of coffee they don't have a backup waiting, you have to wait for it). So it's something, just don't expect fruit or muffins or danish or yogurt or anything like that. And it only runs from 8-10 am, so early risers are out of luck. There is a nice restaurant next door, but across the street there was some kind of homeless kitchen or something, there were a lot of sketchy looking people hanging about one afternoon. Not judging them, it just doesn't make it feel like a super safe location, although we had no issues. I felt like I was staying at $35 cheap motel, yet we paid over $160/night. Sorry "America's Value Inn", the "value" is just not there.

The room met our basic needs: hot water in the shower, bed was reasonably comfortable, AC worked, toilet worked.

great location near Lime Rock Raceway. I stayed in two rooms over mt stay. In the first room the air conditioning didnt work and the carpeting was stained and needed replcement. The 2nd room was much better except for the fact that the water never got pass luke warm.

There were no blankets on the bed and nobody to ask for one the first night by the time we got back to the room. Was very cold the first night. The room had clearly not been vacuumed in a long while. It was billed as a non-smoking room, but there were clearly traces of smoke from some time back.

Bed wasn't very comfortable,no place to sit other than the bed,two hours to fill hot tub,and housekeeping could have done better before we occupied the room! Glitter and confetti left around the hot tub and carpet from previous occupants!!

I didn't like the surprise $100 cash only deposit required to stay, we had to go to an ATM, pay $3 fee, causing me to wonder what if I didn't have it? Then to have the room checked to get it back upon check out in am wasn't a good feeling. Also told us they couldn't honor a military veteran discount because we booked thru Booking.com. Felt like it was a hassle asking for a blanket for the bed and extra towels, that were thin and scratchy. There's no closet, hooks, hangers, drawers, or a shelf in bathroom to put items on. The shower made a squealing noise. We could hear the people upstairs walking, etc. The dumpsters are overflowing with a pile of mattresses and chairs next to it. The employees could be a little more pleasant. The room wasn't very clean, luckily brought my own cleaning supplies, but still needed to be vacuumed and stains on the chairs. The breakfast was below average.

The price was decent for a hot tub room on NYE. The hot tub worked, bring your own bubbles.

The 1st room they gave us the heat in the room wasn't hot enough the jacuzzi tub wasn't working no hot water the tub was dirty i found hair in the jacuzzi tub but i complained and the changed our room

The overall look of the motel was not even close to what I paid for the room. The room itself looked like a throwback to the 50"s--ugly curtains, and sparse furniture. The T. V. set was old and barely functioning--the picture kept being interrupted ( probably a signal problem). The morning Breakfast was cereal and coffee.

The motel staff people were very courteous and accommodating.The location of the motel was close to downtown. The room was clean.

Outside balcony and stairs dirty and worn carpeting. Outside walls patched, in need of painting. Balcony deck creaked and sagged, evidently tired plywood under carpeting. Inadequate covers on beds. TV very few channels, low quality channels, bad reception. Toilets very small, seats very low. Motel reception area very unpleasant, like battle zone.

there was no cleaning rooms for the two days i was here . when we origanly booked there was a 600am breakfast when we got there braakfast started at 8am we left by 7am for our apptments..
