You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe were charged an extra $175 after paying for our room. I tried to get this resolved and they blamed Booking.com. They claimed you added things to our booking that they do not use. They sent you a msg. canceling an extra room we did not need or use. I would love to know who got the extra $, booking or America's Best Value Inn. I sent you a message and you never responded.

United StatesThere was a very large crack, about 18 inches long in the bathroom, about 6 inch. in front of the toilet. The floor was so soft, my foot almost went through it. The toilet moved when you sat on it, I thought it was going to fall through the floor. There was water on the floor near the sink. The towels were stained. It was the worse hotel bathroom I've ever been in. The air conditioner was very noisy, it made it hard to sleep, and it did not cool our room down. It felt very muggy and the sheets felt damp because of the humidity in the air. I wish I had taken pictures.
There was no breakfast at this location, Stonington, CT, but we did not expect one.

United StatesThe stench of mold or mildew was persistent in our room. Numerous maintenance issues. Large hole in ceiling with a patch that was falling off. A significant hole in the floor of the shower. Large patches of paint peeling from ceiling. It seems to me that facilities of this quality should not even be listed on bookings.com. It makes me wonder how accurate other listings are or suggest that I should use a different app.
The door and windows could be locked securely.
