Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI've stayed here before, they use to provide a continental breakfast, now not even a cup of coffee or juice, when I asked why, they said can't find distributors to provide food, due to covid. But they could go shopping at Costco and get everything they need to offer this service to their patrons. At $219.00, at night, customers should get a complimentary piece of fruit or pastry.
Stayed here because it is a good location, walking distance to our family.

Walking distance to the beach, hotel was very well kept, and clean. Location is not too far from daly city and San Francisco. Area was very pleasant and not busy was very nice to come back to this quiet tranquil hotel.

Staff is nice, he helped us for printing, thanks a lot. All are good, only the location is a bit far away from downtown, it will take around half-hour to city by uber, but for me, it's fine. Anyway, it was nice.

The hotel is located near downtown Pacifica with bars and restaurants (And Shampa's pies!) and the pier within easy walking distance. Is in a safe neighborhood and I had no hesitation to walk the community.
