I had to ask for a hair dryer since the one in the bathroom wasn't in the holder. The patio door needed oiling, it wouldn't open. Motel definitely needs some updating!

It was close to I90, so it was easy to get places. Reasonable price.

WiFi slow and spotty due to the fact that this location is a concrete building that was converted to a Red Roof Inn, after the previous hotel went out of business. I had to do my virtual meeting on my cellular hotspot in my car! Couldn't get a stable WiFi connection. Cell service was spotty indoors, except outside on the balcony. I recommend for this location to get WiFi router extenders like Orbi, Arlo, or even Google WiFi nest.

We arrived to the property late in the evening with expectation of receiving a clean room, showering, and calling it a night. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Upon entering the room, I immediately pulled back the cover on the bed only to find the sheets were used. There appeared to be pubic hair, hair, and dead skin. I called down to the Front Desk and received no answer. I then walked to the Front Desk only to find the Front Desk Clerk sitting in the corner in his phone. I explained to him what the issue was and he came up shortly after to change the bedding. In addition to the filthy bedding, the bathtub was filthy. There was hair and visible filth in the tub as well as hair on the sink. The floors were not swept and the drawers were dirty. Additionally, the microwave had dried food stuck to the walls and there was a tile on the ceiling where there may have been a leak. It was very unsightly and could easily have been mold, mildew, or a water stain. Either way, it was an easy repair that should’ve been addressed.

This location is located in a very quiet area which is easily accessible to the highway, local eateries, and stores.

I was on the second floor and didn’t know that no elevator had to carry bags up stairs with bad backs. Bed was uncomfortable plus the light on balcony kept me up all night balcony

We had an ajointing room. Not that we shared this other room with people we know. But they had a dog that barked constantly. All night long. That was very nerve-wracking! Room was nice but I'll make sure we never share a motel with a dog in a connecting room.

While booking the rooms on Booking.com, we were told that continental breakfast is included but next day on 6/25, to our surprise, Red Roof Inn staff said breakfast is not available at their facility. It was disappointing to know this at last moment as morning time no restaurants remain open for serving food & we had plans to visit other places after having early breakfast at Red Roof Inn. This impacted our plans.

When we booked this place online, we were shown that Breakfast was included but when we got to this Red Roof Inn, the front desk attendant said they don't provide Breakfast at this location, hence the amenities and features for this location while booking online was a bit misleading.

I liked that our preference for rooms to be close together during booking was fulfilled and the rooms were clean.

I didn't like the fact that the room was so incredibly unclean. Smelled like cigarettes, water stains on the ceiling, hair from prior people staying all over sheets and blankets, drawers were nasty, hand prints on headboard, shower had stains, toilet unclean, soap from soap bars caked on the shower ledge, pillows were super uncomfortable, said they had free wifi but couldn't find the password anywhere ( we could have asked but didn't ) there was a balcony however we couldn't go on it due to mayflies and a GIANT spider hanging out right by the door. The door to our room looked like it had pry bar marks and didn't seem very safe. The environment the hotel exterior gave me was quite unsafe. The table was sticky and gross. The divider for the fridge was broken off and just stuck in the fridge.

I liked that the price was ideal. There weren't any bed bugs even though the room was nasty.
