Breakfast was so so. Beds were not comfortable and seemed smaller than a Queen.. We paid $175 for a 2 queen room. Granted it was a Friday night but the value just wasn't there.

Room smelling of cigarette smoke because of proximity to area people choose to smoke outside. Side door for accessing outside pet area was basically inoperable during entire stay. It would quickly flash green when using key card, but latch on door would not release, so it necessitated going back through lobby (inconvenient, especially in inclement weather). Shower sprayed wildly out of shower head, making containment challenging and resulting in a very wet bathroom floor. Also, while using shower, it would make a loud screeching sound because of the water being restricted from the tap to come out the shower head.

Convenient location, pet friendly, reliable Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!! Also, the front desk staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful.

The plumbing needed repair. It was 17 degrees out, and we asked the night staff for 2 extra blankets because there were none in the room and only a light blanket on the bed. She said NO . So we ask again, and she grudgingly gave us one there were not enough towels in the room for two people. Was not as nice as last time.

Wish there was a small fitness center. Only suggestion for the room would be more light in the shower room. It was really dark with one small light over the toilet.

Breakfast was good. Liked the pet area for those traveling with dogs and I look forward to bringing my dog on the next trip.

Has the scent of an older hotel, especially when we turned on the AC. Staff checking in late at night was not very friendly. The complimentary toiletries are miniature, enough for one person per shower.

Location is great. They have a map and a list of the local restaurants available at the check-in counter. Service was promptly done.

Bed with topper was saggy on side toward lamp side. Pillows were a little lumpy.

Liked the jimmy deans breakfast sandwich. Location good right off Hwy, though finding side street was a little confusing. Quiet at night.

The pool ran out of towels, because they couldn't keep up with the laundry. There was no else in the pool except me and my grandsons, so it was bad planning. They should not change people's regular towels every day. so they wouldn't have to do some much laundry.

Breakfast was a typical motel breakfast, with the possibility of toasting frozen waffles. There was yogurt (good), pastries (so-so), cold cereal and milk, coffee, tea, juice, fruits etc. and a microwave so that we could heat our leftovers. I liked that the indoor pool was open 24/7.

Weird signage

We were able to check in early which helped us out tremendously. We were on the first floor very convenient roan outside door which was great for our 2 dogs. They charge $25 per fee per stay. We did not eat breakfast. We saw others enjoy the pool. Parking was convenient and safe

No elevator was a surprise, we were ok, but it would have been difficult for some. I don’t recall seeing that information anywhere. Breakfast was available, unappetizing and high in sugar (even the tiny yogurts). Honestly, a few healthier, tastier foods would be great.

There was a room when we needed one. The person at the front desk was nice, and helpful, but she looked rather tired. She was on in the evening and again the next morning. I assume everyone is having staffing problems….but be nice to her, she’s working hard.

The walls were dirty. Lots of hand marks. Extremely loud guests. I understand this isn't the hotels problem, but there should be some sort of sound policy, especially late at night.

Beds were comfortable. Room was very cold (air conditioner was running) when we arrived.
