I didn't like being dismissed and cutoff by the Employee/ Live in Manager about the non guest that was lurking in the dark stairway and then followed me to my room. He asked me for a smoke and when I said I will see I might he proceeded to walk in my room. I told him to stay in the hallway. He then asked if he could just come in . He than asked if he could just wait for the bus in my room, He made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. So, the only way I would come back here is if she apologized or maybe next time I will cut her off while she is mid sentence exactly l was not complaining about the motel. I let her know about him for safety of other women who are solo. Anyway, her coworker. male was very inviting and positive. I would just let me say whatever I decide and listen. Have a MM Cerest of your week.

the incredible soft bed

no breakfast available, but tea and coffee. i brought my own water kettle and was fine. i loved being able to open the window to get fresh air. the woman who checked me in asked if i traveled alone (as a woman) and gave me a room right next to the emergency exit - very appreciated.plus it was quiet.

Been nice if there was breakfast BUT saved enough we could eat out.

Very reasonable an clean! Quiet We have stayed at another place around the corner several times, but prices got ridiculous an you have to pay a deposit that you can get back But still. Most likely stay here again.

My husband had issues with his back and the mattress, but I didn't. Otherwise, things were fine.

Location was great for us. We were glad there was a couch in the room, along with frig. It was quiet. I thought the mattress was good for my back.

The $100 deposit thats required to book a room. Sure they want a $100 deposit but then they don't want to release the deposit! We left the room totally spotless, the other bed wasn't even slept in or sat on. We even went as far to take our own garbage. When came to releasing our deposit they first said that it wasn't being returned due to leaving the room in shambles!!! We were like..WHAT? WHAT'S GOING ON? ARE THEY REALLY TRYING TO KEEP OUR MONEY?!! My husband went in there to speak to manager on duty and after then said they had the rooms mixed up!! How the heck can they get a room mixed up? When they clearly wanted to keep our money! They only decided to refund once it was brought to their attention!! Stated it takes 3 days for their bank to release it and another 5 days for it to show up in our account!! They sure want a deposit but they want to have us wait days to get it back?! Bad business ethics all around!!

The location and the staff that checked us in were professional and kind!!

Staff needs training about service dogs and the law. Room was dirty and rusty. I was also astonished that when I checked in they wanted $100 deposit, even though I paid for the room in full through booking.com.

The hotel was run down, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the chair was supposed to be yellow but the arms were filthy black, the bed was hard and the comforter was wet just giving it to feel if the bed was soft. It wasn't soft. The charge for our room was not immediately refunded and it's taking days to get our money back. The parking lot was not kept up and there were sketchy people loitering in the parking lot.

The bathroom was disgusting. There were cigarette holes all over the furniture and bed blankets. Stains on sheets, pillows, and towels. Smelled like mildew. Beer cap was left in dresser drawer. Walls were sticky. This place was gross.

The tv and ac worked.
